Saw the craziest thing in a profile

I joined another swinger's site earlier today, and was checking out some of the profiles. I came upon one where it was stated that the couple wasn't into condoms, which I think is pretty risky just by itself. To top that off though, the woman wasn't yet on birth control; and they actually said they were using the "pull out method"! I can't believe adults would take that kind of risk with pregnancy, or that they think the guy pulling it out; would be a effective method of birth control! Has anyone else saw this type of thing in a profile? or something that was even crazier? It just really floored me

I haven't run across this yet in ANY swinging websites. I am guessing they were a very young couple. Probably a very young immature couple looking to play with no care for the consequences...Cest le Vie must be their motto

Yes Sexycouple, they were young; in their 20's. I still don't think that explains it though, I knew better than this when I was in my 20's; and sure plenty of the same age do also. Just plain craziness!

Hi Fuse, I don't know if they were trolls or not; I think they actually had a profile picture. Maybe that doesn't mean anything, but I would think someone just trolling wouldn't bother with the picture?

Who knows. You never know about people. But to answer your question, no, I have never seen anything quite like that before. We have known couples who wouldn't use condoms, and couples that had a lady not on birth control. But never both.

I could see it being a troll too but it would be hard to say. There are too many good forms of birth control to use none so that makes no sense to me at all. I can't even imagine using condoms as an only form of birth control but at least it's something.

Over the weekend I saw a profile on Swing Lifestyle where the couple stated that they do bareback only. While this can be considered risky behaviour, swinging in and of itself is risky behaviour. Whether one choses to use condoms or not, swinging is risky. Take a look at the post by Unsub in the thread I have just finished the largest study on swinging, STD's, and safe sex. There are some very interesting numbers there, I checked out the sources myself. In the time we have been swinging, only 25% required condoms and of the other 75%, more than 50% of those people would not play if we required condoms. I don't mean to hi-jack this thread, just wanted to bring something very relevant to your attention.

That seems ridiculous to me. Probably because I'm sane and I understand the risks involved. I used to volunteer at a health clinic, going to high schools and teaching teenagers about STD's and preventative methods. That really screws with you, all those slides and pamphlets with AIDs and herpes. *shudder* No thanks, I'd rather have condoms.

I also am on the pill whether I'm sexually active or not. So technically I use both. At this point a pregnancy would be such a freak occurrence I might start believing in fate.

I actually know a couple, right now where the woman wants to get pregnant, but cant because of a medical deformity of her cervix.

She is what I'd probably call a nymph. She never uses condoms and is not on the pill. She is even hoping that a male, with a big enough tool will shag her so well that he will "Break into her cervix" and impregnate her. It's her honest to God mindset. If she was to get pregnant, she would be absolutely delighted and they would raise the child.

Not that this reference relates exactly to your example, but my point is that for whatever reason other people do things that we think is "whacked" or "out there", there is most likely some justified reason for them personally to feel or act that way.

I wonder what their reasoning is?

Just curious.

I hope the Fuse does not mind if I step in front of her to answer this one. I feel qualified as I (innocently) asked the exact same question a few months ago. Apparently, a troll is the same thing at a swinger's Web site as it is at any other Web site that supports on-line discussion. It's a person who purposefully posts a question that has no good reason other than to stir controversy and (in the hopeful mind of the troll) an all-our argument. Not saying that this is what happened in this forum, actually don't think it is, but I do now know what a troll is.

One of the sites we frequent has groups and one of the groups is bareback couples and it has a large amount of members to the group, we aren't one of them but i do check it out from time to time just to get a heads up on perhaps which couples we should think twice about before jumping into a session of flying body fluids with.
