Moving at the speed of molasses - from chat to meeting in person

Regarding trying to get together within a month, I can say we are "real" but there are months where it just is not going to happen. Either we are tied up with commitments already or the wife's work schedule (weekends) just is a mess. Most couples that contact us are OK with the delay when we explain the situation and I've learned that there is never a rush. I do try not to initiate contact unless we have some free time in the near future.

Glad to hear someone else has the same problems. I was beginning to think it was only us having this happen. Between this and finally meeting, seeming to really hit it off, they end the night with promises, oohs and ahh how good it was to meet then the eternal beat around the bush instead of a simple and polite, "you seem like nice folks , but no chemistry on our end" or "we would be comfortable as friends but no real sexual attraction here". We all know that we are on sites or clubs with the express purpose of meeting people we would like to have sex with and although meeting new friends is great, don't drag it out or make it a job on those of us who really are serious about what we want to accomplish. In our case it is meeting one or two couples or even singles we trust who want an occasional sexual adventure with to enhance our own personal relationship. NOT and endless email partner or chat line conversation. At times it becomes frustrating enough to want to give up online contact completely.
