FMF - How did it happen?

We have been looking for the 3rd girl for two years now. So far no luck and we understand the meaning of the term Unicorn! So just wondering, for those of you out there that have experienced a FMF, how did it happen? Did you meet on the Internet, Club, or was she already a friend?
