Looking for opinions regarding Lifestyle Lounge

Hello Everyone,

It would be greatly appreciated if any members of Swingers Board could provide feedback on the adult personals site, the Life Style Lounge. If you are a current member of the site or a previous member; what is your opinion of the site, positive and negative features, any information that you add would be helpful.

We are currently Life Time Members of Swappernet, Swing Lifestyle & swingers date club. We are not disappointed in these sites, actually through the years we have met several wonderful ladies and made some lasting friendships...I just happen to see the banner for the Life Style Lounge the other day & was wondering if it was a legitimate site or like many other...a waste of time & money.

Any feeback on this site, or any other adult personals site from the members of Swingers Board would be appreciated. If anyone has any questions about the 3 sites that we are members of, please do not hesitate to ask.

We tried the LL site and although very informative and easy to set up, there just weren't many people in our area....so we let our membership run it's course...

So we would have to say that if there are a few members from that site in your area, give it a go, if not, it may be a waste of your $$$...

Also, when we first set up our accounts, we tried MANY sites and did the free memberships and Swing Lifestyle was, by far, in our area, the best bet so we decided to become paid members and are quite happy with just that one site now.

I am not a fan of LL either. It seems that there are too few members even remotely in our area. We are members of several; Swing Lifestyle, Swappernet, SexyAds, swingers date club swinglesonline.com, and also Love Voodoo. Swingles is our site and it is free (so I am biased) But, all and all, out of the others, Swappernet is the only site we truly get a lot of feedback with. We haven't had an ad reply on Swing Lifestyle for more than 3 months!

IN fact, unless we have lifetime memeber status, we aren't renewing anything this year with the exception of Swapper.

Even though we haven't had a lot of luck on Lifestyle Lounge, it's definitely worth a look. It's known as the favorite site of the "beautiful people" (i.e. Kens and Barbies) in the lifestyle. Based on your profile pics, you'll probably be very popular on that site!

We like LL and in just a month have been in contact with over half a dozen couples. There are a lot of people in our area so it makes the site worthwhile. We haven't updated our Swing Lifestyle profile yet and haven't really spent any time on there lately, but I'm sure we'll be checking it out later. LL is keeping us busy enough right now.

We have been lifetime membership with that site (Lifestyle Lounge) since they were about a year old online, and found that this site caters more so to the beautiful people types. If your just average looking joe's like us, then we suggest, if you are looking to place an ad somewhere, then "SwingLifestyle" would be you best bet. They have more of a variety of flavors to choose from there, inturn will better your chance in meeting up with someone (as we found).

We are NOT the beautiful people but have been very happy with LL. We weed through the snobs (or they weed through us) and find the down-to-earth couples…sometimes we get lucky and they happen to be down-to-earth AND hot.

I just did a search to see how many couples are near Yardley on LL and Swing Lifestyle. There are waaaaaaayyyyyyyy more couples near you on Swing Lifestyle. For you, LL might only make sense if you travel a lot and/or are willing to travel to meet other swingers.

It's no secret that this site (Swingers Board) is paid for via affiliates and sponsors (paid advertising). Until recently we thought that LL was one of those affiliates. That was until I noticed that we were no longer recieving any credit for the traffic/sales we were sending them and I contacted them to be told that they had closed their affiliate program months ago without any warning. They were just sitting back taking my traffic without giving anything in return. I think that's a shitty way to do business, myself, and if that's how they operate on the business end (towards other websites) I'd be a little worried about how they may be operating towards consumers.

I tried to cancle my account (was on a recuring charge) and couldn't find any way to do it. Finally I had to email the admin who told me I had to formally request it, which I did.

That information was no where to be found on any of the faq's or billing page (trust me I looked, and looked, and looked).

In our area its very much a bi-furious swingers site, mostly not our cup of tea. Some nice couples but far less than Swing Lifestyle in terms of couples we would be interested in.

We're sorry to hear about your affiliate scenario with LL. Thats a bummers. We know and understand you heavily rely on all affiliate payouts in order to keep the Swingers Board up and running for everyone and all to use. ..And we appreciate that! Guess LL's true colors are now beginning to show, to their affiliate's and there members, including "Chicup's" recent post. ...Shame on Lifestyle Lounge!
