Couples pictures

I was thinking this morning ( very dangerous i know) and thought about the pics of couples together on the Swing Lifestyle profiles. how important is it to an ad? I do not have one of us together ( yet) but we have individual pics. All the pics of me and my hubby also have the 3 little heathenites and thats not going on an ad. My mom took one of us both last night on her digi cam, so I am waiting to see how that comes out. If the pic of the couple together is intrical in any way to your choice to respond or not to an ad.. why? I am curious and have a few hours to kill since I am out of dishsoap and carless today

I like seeing a couple together in a picture. It gives me a feeling of their commitment to each other. I know that sounds corny and there is no correlation between being in a pic together and how good a relationship you have, but it's how I feel.

When I see a couple smiling together, or embracing, I want to give them a big hug and kiss. It's a selling point. Just one more plus to a profile.

For me it's what they write more than the pictures. It's always fun to see the couple together but I never considered making that a requirement. We never did put a picture of us together and got a great response from a lot of nice people.

We agree with LikeMinds. It is just one more selling point on a profile, but it is a big one.... And we always prefer a G rated one to an XXX rated one. To us it just says that there is something special about this couple. We can't really explain this but we are always much more inclined to contact the couple with the G rated pictures.

A picture as a couple as well as single ones shows that they really are a couple. There are some fakes out there, ya know.

i thought about that too. I wondered if people thought that those who are married without together pics were really just one or the other person just trolling. I really hadnt even thought about it until my mom pointed out last night that I havent taken any couple pics of me and my hubby in quite a few years

We go with what is written more than the pics. Have to agree with one of the responses that G pics are nice. We rather see pics of faces even if the eyes are blocked than pics of anatomy. D

This should be an easy answer but it's not. We kind of look at the total package if that makes sense. On pics we don't require face ones until we have emailed a couple of times because we don't put face pics up for discretion reasons. Also, on the pics G rated are better than X and for a couple it would be nice to see both. A lot of couples only put pics up of the wife and then it leaves me wondering

(hmmm, I better check ours now I'm not sure if we have Mr Spoo on there or not

So that's the take on pictures but the profile even without pics can still draw our interest. We look over the whole profile and if something about it grabs us so to speak we'll go with it and fill in details or pics later after some contact with them.

We like the G-rated pictures also. It helps leave something to the imagination - something to look forward too. That and getting a view of what the gynecologist or urologist sees for an annual visit, just isn't my cup of tea. Another big thing, is what an ad says and if the author can write a complete sentence. Something drives me nutz about misspelled words and improper sentences - James says its my OCD coming out LOL .

We prefer at least one G rated profile pic. If there is only one pic then let it be a G rated one, and for God's sake SMILE. We see so many profiles where the couple describes themselves as funloving and carefree, and when you look at their pic it looks like they were weaned on the same Kosher Dill Pickle. Loosen up people!!!!!! No one just forcibly crammed, (or removed just in case you are into this), a jalapeno in your butt. Lighten up and show some of the pearlies.

Pics are great. But, if it is a couple WE expect to see both. Showing only one of you is almost like you have something to hide. We like both G and XXX pics too; but, if the first pic we see shows too much we often don't read the rest of the ad. Everybody knows you have body parts. What we want to know is more about YOU. (Both of you.)

We are always shocked when we run across a family picture that includes the children. Is it just us, or do other people think this is really bizarre? We would not be inclinded to want to meet anyone who would have little enough sense to put their childrens' pictures on a site like this.
