I thought it was amazing that the judge told her (and him) that they were asking for trouble like this when they signed up for an "anything goes" website. Wow.

Galchinsky -- who referred to himself in the third person as Herby the Love Judge, a nickname the Denver Post says stems from his lucrative side-business as a wedding official -- said Sherman and Hampers "brought some of this upon themselves."

this seemed like a bloated page six article. is the moral of the story that you aren't supposed to be a swinger if you have a high profile job? it's a good thing i'm not doing anything overly special with my life!

Well, the judge is right.. But in thier defense, its not easy to get on Brad and Angelina's swing site...

Seriously though, as I did when I read and wrote yesterday, I take the position that the woman did nothing wrong, the Dr was a FREAK that doesnt understand the two basic tenants of this lifestyle

Wow! We didn't know Denver had such interesting things going on. We'll have to read Westword more often. We thought it just had adds for medical marijuana and massage parlors! The guy sounds like a whack job.

I think there is a privacy problem in the lifestyle for even moderately well-known people who have a public presence. Sometimes gossip trumps privacy. For example, we know a teacher who spotted a busy body school parent at a club. She got out without being seen, but she felt that the mom would have told anyone who would listen that she had seen the teacher at the club. The mom apparently didn't care if people knew she had been there. "Well, we went to XYZ. We didn't know anything about it, and thought it was a regular place. Do you know what goes on there and who we saw?!!" Yikes!
