We could not agree more with the couple from England. We have been married for over 40 years and we have been swinging for over 30 years. Now in our mid to late 60s we are still very active in the lifestyle. We meet with our regular group of couples at least once a month and we try to meet new couples from time to time. Our regular couples are all in our own age group but we do like to meet with younger couples too. We have been surprised when younger couples tell us they like to play with a couple who are sometimes old enough to be their parents. It is very flattering when someone 30 years younger than you are tells you that you are sexually attractive to them. All in all swinging has been great for our marriage. Not only has it been a lot of fun but adding sexual variety through taking other partners into our bed has kept our own sex life fresh, satisfying and stimulating. We know vanilla couples of our age who no longer have sex or if they do very infrequently. How sad and boring that must be! Swinging has kept our marriage alive and happy and we plan on continuing to be active in the lifestyle for as long as we can. If the English couple are the example we still have many years of exciting and enjoyable sex to look forward to.
