Wow. Just wow. $20 million lawsuit. Some will play along with anything, and in the back of their minds the whole time is "Wow, I can totally sue this guy". Can't see how I could ever feel forced by a boss to be in this situation. Maybe I'm just too strong a woman to understand it. |

That could actually have been Kapplans plan all along....to lead Lappin along in sort of a "Sting" operation. Especially because she attended the parties more than once and of her own free will. So that means she can't contribute, participate and "create" a situation of her own free will and then decide later to say she felt she was defending her employment status so she could bring legal action against a "co-participant" she was in attendance with. She is a big girl. She is an adult and she had several other options prior to attending. One of those was to just say "No". I think her lawyer is in it just for the money...from just her and/or from the settlement. Win or loose, her lawyer wins... |
