A few kilometres from the true Tropics - The Daintree - and only 10 minutes from Bill Clintons playground at Port Douglas.

I found that funny as hell... I wonder if Hillary went there with him?

But at $1.5M, that isn't a bad price, I wonder how many acres it is on....

Not having read the article, was that 1.5M US or AUS? If it was AUS, its even better!!!!

10 percent is a huge percentage. Thats one out of every 10 people. I would have only expected less than 1 percent.

I know that high percentage couldn't be true for us here in the USA.

I thought about posting this one separately but it's a related to this one. The owner (the one who's selling the resort) is now planning to write a tell-all book. Yeah, he needs to sell first.

We've been there, back when it was just a nudist resort. It's set on about three acres, not big, and right on the main road. But it's set out really well to be private.

ive been there twice during the dry season, it is a good place but the activity drops radically during the rainey season...now it this same place was in port douglas,,,it would be worth 3 times as much (in usd)
