A quick check of Sweeps Week dates indicates that, yes, this story will take place during a sweeps period.

Look for the next series of swingers on the local news in February.

Sounds interesting. With yet another network featuring the swinging lifestyle for couples, it seems that partner swapping for social and sexual intercourse between couples, married or otherwise, is gaining increased social acceptance.

All in all, this is good news and overall a healthy trend as far as intermarital social and sexual relations are concerned.

YEA!!!!! My little state is gonna end up as a swinging capital of the US! LOL!!! That owuld be too funny! I can hear it now.

At the airport bar, waiting to fly home.

Looking forward to watching that one online, and hoping they have a comments section on the website after it airs.

The trend lately seems to be a higher percentage of live and let live comments than there used to be. It will be interesting to see if the same holds true in south Georgia, not holding my breath though. Should be entertaining reading nonetheless.

I just had a little conversation with Mrs. CXXC about this story! She expressed a concern. Her thought is that the media is going to infiltrate the site and attepmt to out individuals who hold any position of power, authority or responsibility. Im personally dont feel this is what is going to happen yet that little man in my head is not pondering the idea! Hmmmmmm....

We lived in Macon, Ga back in the mid 70's and we'd just gotten into the lifestyle. No internet then, I've recounted some of that before, but we managed to get around. We went to an off premise club in Atlanta a few times when bareback wasn't a big deal, ok, maybe a shot at worst. This story brings back memories of those times, even back then it just didn't fit mainstream Ga folks, at least not on the surface. They've come a long way, baby!

After watching Part 1, one of the worst ones yet. Just your basic sex sells, sweeps week piece that really says nothing other than swingers exist, even in the land of Friday night football, family values, blah, blah. Throw in the opinion of one of the local social worker/therapist types, talk to the owner of a local adult store since they couldn't get any swingers to answer their Swing Lifestyle messages requesting an interview, then finish strong with a some hellfire and damnation with the promise of more to come in Part II.

The whole thing had a low budget, thrown together feel to it (where in the world did they get that cheesy wedding footage at??

). About the type of hard-hitting investigative reporting you would expect to see from a small city reporter desperately searching for "news." They are proud of it though, when I was on the site they had the link to that piece at the top of their Local/State headlines. I guess that's the most important thing going on in the state right now
