Gotta love the views of the preacher she brought into the discussion. I guess the amazing experiences the Mrs and I had last weekend with about 200 of our closest friends was a mass shared delusion, huh?

Sooooo predictable too. It's like you don't even have to listen, you already know word for word what is going to be said.

I always enjoy a well-reasoned debate, since one can always learn from other viewpoints and if nothing else than get better insight into how some people tick. But, when it comes to instances like this, it seems all they can do is throw out the same old generalizations with nothing to back them up other than mostly incorrect assumptions. They seem to forget when presenting a particular side of a discussion, you're not trying to convince people that already agree with you, but rather those who disagree. If you want to do so, you better have your facts straight and have something other than the usual broken record to play.

Sadly though, I'm not sure that is what the intent is at all. It's more to stir up those that are already in their camp to keep them there, which in the end moves the discussion nowhere.

Wow! KOA. I had almost forgotten those call letters (used to live in Denver).

I guess I could say plenty about this report. But hearing the sanctimonious preacher at the end brought this thought to my mind. My wife and I do not give a flyin' f**k what other people think of our swinging activities.
