Citing the testimony of three undercover inspectors who witnessed more than "150 incidents of prohibited sexual activity," a Brooklyn judge has granted a motion for a preliminary injunction temporarily closing Casbar, a Brooklyn sex club.

Oh good grief. Neanderthal laws. Section 24-2.2 of NYS laws and regulations states:

Prohibited facilities. No establishment shall make facilities available for the purpose of sexual activities where anal intercourse, vaginal intercourse or fellatio take place. Such facilities shall constitute a threat to the public health.

I guess hotels are banned then too?

When did vaginal intercourse become a threat to public health?

And this law became effective in 1994.

If this interpretation of the law is allowed to stand, then all on premise swing clubs in New York State are illegal. ALL.

That law is commonly known as "over broad" and I would be happy to supply the attorney fighting this one with lots of case law to get the injunction squashed. Courts all over the country have said that law does not hold up when someone contests it. They had to redefine their laws here in Vegas when we beat them in court over using a law like that.

People love to make laws to save the world from us perverts but they need to think before they do. Many times they won't stand up in a court of law if challenged.

In case it hasn't already been reported "Casbar" is officially closed, the owners are going to attempt to host private parties at a different location.
