yes, that is the fun part.

The man that owns the Rooster is going to be 77 this year. He is 6'5", 245 lbs and still can out last most people half his age.

Got to watch out for us "mature" Swingers, we don't give up easy.

The article didn't say how old the person was who got his ass kicked...he might have been an "older" person, too.

If you can swing at any age, I suppose you can also throw a punch at any age.

Ok, so the guy is having swinger parties in his MIDDLE unit of a tri-plex that he owns. His tenant on one side gets pissed off and reports him, and then the tri-plex owner assaults him for it....

way to give swingers a good name there buddy.

Since he is already in a tri-plex and surrounded by people, wasn't it just natural to be a swinger and have a tri-way? Someone got jealous.

We can't condone the assault, but we don't blame him for being so angry. He had been operating for 15 years and had it all taken away by a single complaint. We're guessing that tenant won't be getting a lease renewal.

I find it interesting that the cops really don't care about the swinging part, just that he is not within city zoning compliance because the property is being used as a for-profit business in a residentially zoned area. I say "swing on!". Just do it properly in the right areas.

In most cities or counties there is no "right zoning" for a swingers club.

Very few clubs/parties have been closed for being a swingers club, most all that have been closed have been for "zoning". Governments way of using the right laws to control what is happening.

Having open parties in a residential area is a fast way to get closed down in most cases though. This guy was lucky, he got by for 15 years.
