Spouse sues ‘swinger’ Web site

What I want to know is where did three users of adultfriender.com get pictures of his wife to use on their profiles? He obviously isn't as innocent as he is eluding to.

Chances are the case against adult friend finder will end up being dismissed. There are laws protecting web sites that allow user content.

The sites can turn over the information about who posted the information though and that person/people are going to be in for some costly court time.

Don't have to be a swinger to have naked pictures of your wife. He may have put them on another site, no swinging and someone stole them and used them.

Yes, at first glance it does sound a bit fishy but bottom line is if he took the pictures, he owns the copyright to them and he has a case against someone for using them.

I agree with Lee, it will get tossed. And like WesternSwing said, where did the pics come from? Interestingly, NakedWife isn't participating in the lawsuit. Only the husband is suing for his loss of reputation, etc.? The wife didn't have anything to lose by her naked photo being on these three profiles on AFF?

Something's seems a bit off in this lawsuit.

Would the day ever come when most people would wonder or laugh at a statement like this? Probably not in my lifetime, huh. Not to discount this individual's alleged feelings, but, I guess my thinking has changed so much over the years, that acceptance of swinging as a legitimate practice seems perfectly logical. Still, people evidently lose jobs, hurt family members, friends, etc. by being outed. The unauthorized or fraudulent use of someone's photo (x rated or not) or information is such a vile thing.

I would bet dollars to donuts that he posted the pics on the Internet without his wife's knowledge or consent.
