My wife and I have had very serious discussions regarding this fun filled lifestyle, we would love some insight on what steps to take on where to get started on meeting a couple or new friends that are in the lifestyle or some advice on our bedtime discussion on this topic which we always have while we do a little foreplay while fantasizing on this. It seems to get real hot in the bedroom only and once we are done, the next day neither of us are talking about it like we were the previous night under the sheets

What seems to be the missing piece...... HELP!!

I can honestly say we are both open to the lifestyle

We both want this to happen, but we do want to take our time and make it right with a couple that we have chemistry with

You can pick a couples only club in your area and go to watch and just play together if you dare....

You feel you have had very serious discussions, but are concerned that the discussions only seem to happen in the heat of the moment in the bedroom? If neither of you can get comfortable talking about it other than in the bedroom, then it might be better to hold off a little longer. The type of communication it takes to make a good joint decision on this leap you are considering is best done in the light of day. Just pick a time when you are both relaxed, have plenty of time, and no looming distractions. Talking it out then will be more productive when there isn't anything else going on that has things all sexed up and fantasy may start to overshadow the reality.

Yes, that's a prerequisite for sure. If you both are open to it, just pick a good time and talk it out. Wait a day or two, and talk it out again after you both have had time to think. If you do get into the Lifestyle, keep on talking then too. Can never have too much communication

Excellent plan. Taking your time is important, and although probably everyone has made some mistakes along the way, they'll be fewer of them if you think, talk, and don't rush things.

There's no one answer on how best to meet that first couple, but you might want to check into this thread for some other thoughts on that subject Snubbed meeting People Online
but, if you are doing everything else right, then you should find them sooner or later, whether it's an online contact, club, etc.
