Watchers Category?

I'm new so i don't know all the terminology. Correct me if there is a watcher (hubby / wife who watches spouse) category under different term.

trying to phrase it as me watching my wife with other men and likeminded others (hubbys watching wifey with a 3rd party; wives watching husbands with 3rd partytoo)

There's not really a name for that that I know of. If you are trying to express that to others in your profile, the best way to do it is to just say that that's what you are looking for - people to play with your wife while you watch.

Interesting. I only know of a couple of terms. The "voyeur" who simply watches others, and the "director" who watches a specific event, for his/her specific pleasure. But I don't think either term covers the range of watcher behaviors.

While it seems strange to take inspiration in this direction, Penthouse Letters has periodic groupings of and an annual issue dedicated to "Wifewatchers" aka "Wifewatching". Perhaps this is along the lines the OP was thinking

Is it possible you are referring to a Cuckold? A cuckold is simply a man who has a wife who screws other men. So technically every male swinger is a cuckold. However, there is a huge interent community of men who want to be humiliated by the guy fucking his wife. Some even like to be "forced" to clean up their wives orally after they have had sex and some even will perform oral sex on what they feel is a superior man fucking their wife.
This seems to me to be far beyond wht the term originally meant and just another thing I don't quite understand.
