Not sure what you point is. I'm pretty confident that the OP of the thread in question is at best a cuckold who won't admit it or at worst a troll (based on past threads), either way I don't really think your posts were appropriate. They did not come off as smart-ass, at best the reaction to them was "WTF?" and at worst people thought you were being serious and couldn't figure out where the hell you were coming from with your comments. Sometimes it's not in what you say (we see sarcasm all over the place here) but how you say it. It's often hard to be taken the way you are intended when all someone has is text, that's a reason we have smilies and well.. smilies (cuz that's really about all we have) to show the intention behind our words, when our words don't mean what the words say.

Thanks for the reply Julie, I realise my sense of humor is....well lacking humor to most if not all, even my partner thinks it sucks at times but I carry on regardless, for instance when someone asked how they should approach a unicorn I was tempted to say with a HARD ON but I abstained. Throw a smiley in on occasion and just try to think through what you are saying and think about how others might take it. We all say things that are taken wrong on occasion, but the great thing about the internet (as hard as it can be to understand what people are saying) is that we get a lot more time to think before we speak than we do in the real world. Keep in mind, if you have a hard time getting your sense of humor to go over in person it's going to be that much harder when all someone has is the type written words on a page.

As for how to approach a unicorn? Every time I see that thread title I want to open it and type "Very Carefully, don't let the horn get you".
