Read/Unread Messages

Is there a setting somewhere to change what I'm shown as a "new" message. Could be a single new message in 10 pages and the whole thread will show as new.

Help?

Nope, but I'll tell you a secret, there's an easy way to go straight to that ONE new post in the thread. When you are looking at the list of threads and you see the name of the thread, look to the left of it and you will see a downward pointing arrow. Instead of clicking the thread name, click that arrow - it will take you directly to the first post since the last time you read that thread.
