Move you mouse to the "HELP" menu and select "About... (whatever program you're using)". If you can't see the "HELP" menu in Internet Explorer, press the ALT button on your keyboard first. Let us know what version program you're using.

The chat room logs you in automatically so long as you logged in on the site. But if you can't click anything or do anything once it loads that's a java issue and/or browser settings issue. 1. Make sure your java is up to date by going to http://www.java.com and downloading the latest version. If that doesn't cut it then we'll need to the answers to the questions Chris & Amelia asked regarding what Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, Mac) you are using and what browser version ( If you are using Internet Explorer you would find this by looking towards the top of your browser where you will see words like "file, edit, favorites, Help" (among others) -click on "help" then "about interenet explorer" |
