Tracking Private Messages

When I open "Track Private Messages" I am no longer seeing a list of the messages sent and the history of when (or if) they were read.

I'm not finding a place where I can set this feature as my default.

Has this been a change since the Board upgrade?

I'm not interested in receiving an e-mail notification when my PM has been opened, but when I log on to the Board I would like to check on whether my PMs have been opened.

Message Tracking has never resulted in an email or pm letting you know when someone has opened a message you sent. I think the difference since the upgrade is that when you sent a PM prior to the upgrade it would pop up a box EVERY time you sent one and ask if you wanted to track the message, at which point it was very easy to click yes. To track a message now, you just have to click the option at the bottom of the PM when you send it that says "request read reciept". It is not set to automatically do this as tracking every message everyone sent automatically would take up a good bit more server resources.

Now that you mention this, I remember that box popping up. It had become so automatic to click that box that I'd forgotten about doing it.

I was used to cleaning out the "Track Messages" folder and that is why I've been checking that department and noticed nothing was there...now I won't have to houseclean.

Now you just have to remember to click to track the ones that you really want to follow.

I've mentioned it to Spoo a couple of times and thought we had to find an option to set it if we wanted it again.

Now I know.
