I don't see a way to upload a custom Avatar. I have many saved on my computer that I could use but just can't see a place to upload them. do I need to send the avatar to a mod and them add it for me?

The avatar feature is still down, as Julie has posted a few times in her weekly updates. Julie has posted that she/they are still working to try to resolve this. Let's give 'em a break, as she did get the board postings and chat feature working relatively well, given it is the holiday season?

Sorry, I'm new and didn't read all 5 pages of this thread. I guess I should have before asking. I did read where it said some people had been able to upload theirs again. So I just wondered where that upload feature was. didn't mean to ask something that was already asked.

To upload a custom avatar (when it is working again) you click on "user cp" above and then click on "edit avatar" and the upload box is at the bottom.

Note - I think the reason you couldn't find it is that you need to have at least 10 posts on the board to upload a custom avatar, you probably didn't have 10 posts yet when you looked for it.
