How much time do you spend on the board?

I've already admitted to being among the addicted so how many of the rest of you are...

-All day, everyday
-once or twice a day for serious reading and checking in at other times
-once a day
-once a week
-less often?

I tried to do this as a poll but it didn't work....

maybe someone could help me out?

Come on everybody I feel alone on this poll

I voted for once or twice a day every day... in fact all depends of my "spare time". If I have time then I read the posts which attracts me according to the subject or the author... or even a title which can be "intriguing". Generally I have a glance at several moments in the day. I first look if people had replied to some of my posts and then I look at others and reply if I feel the need to do it.

Done... just the time I write my post to send it and.... pffffftttt gone with the wind.... 2 others have voted.

It's a great lesson of humility for me... supremacy just last the time you are alone as soon you are two in a room You already lose it and have to share... some leaders and politicains should remember this... supremacy vanish at great speed but vanity generally last longer.

Thanks Julie -I don't mind a bit

I try very hard to control my addiction.

So I try to limit it to a twice a day with quick random drop-ins

If I can't get to the computer I start to experience withdrawal symptoms, not to mention a serious amount of reading to do when I get back.

I am totally addicted! I never close it off of my computer! Each time I walk by I have to hit the New Posts button. Hubby thinks that I have lost my mind is always complaining that I am always on the computer, so when he's here I have to sneak to check the posts...LOL.

I'm with you, Roxy. I have my computer on this site all day long with no shutdowns and have to constantly check the new posts as well.
And as for sneaking to check the posts when I put the kids to bed I stop by our bedroom on the way back down and get a peek or two in then and again when I come up to check on them....lol.

I am also possessive about the computer and tend to get upset when hubby wants time on it! Okay, well maybe not that bad but I certainly don't like it when he's on it because then I'm missing valuable reading time. LOL

Well, I am on here more than once or twice a day, but I voted on that one. If I were home continually I'd probably have voted on the addicted. This is a well rounded site where you can laugh, get angry, kiss and make up, ask questions and offer/receive advice on just about anything your little heart desires. What more do I need? Oh yeah...sex and food...can't get that from just typing....silly me....

This is probably a bit rich coming from a designated 'forum addict', but perhaps those members with over 1000 posts - such as the illustrious Lori - could have their user titles changed to something even more extreme, like Forum Fanatic or Board Buff.
