I usually check in here every day

A lot of my questions and concerns have been answered while lurking. There 's also a lot of great discussions that go on. Thanks for all the info!

I love this thread! It last was active about the time we quit being lurkers and started posting! Now it's hard to shut me up!

I hope other lurkers who do stumble on to this thread will take the time to introduce themselves. As Truelove stated in another thread - there are names that are signed in to 'chat' that I've never seen in the forums. But then again when I sign into the 'chat' (I've done that about 3-4 times!) they probably think of me as a 'lurker' too! Strange how some people gravitate to the chat and others to the forums!

Come on lurkers - introduce yourselves!!

As a non swinging (yet) nood, I don't think I have that much to share. I love the idea but at this point; work and social issues; Mrs. notaswingeryet and I are unable to act on the fantasy. I love to read your posts and glean as much usefull information as possible, but am not sure what I can add at this point. Oh other than helping spoomonkey become a rock god.

Hi Ya'll,
My apologies if lurking is considered bad form. I initially found this board whilst searching for relationship advice online, and stayed on to lurk because the people are (for the most part) so wonderfully self-actualized, open, and honest. I don't post because I don't feel, as a former swinger who is no longer in the lifestyle, that it's my place to say anything. I view your forum as a place for actual swingers, or people who are thinking about trying the lifestyle. However, I value the clear-headed answers and advice that you all give. I lurk because I miss the old lifestyle, and in some strange, vicarious way, reading the posts here helps me feel as though I'm still connected to it.

No, lurking isn't bad form at all! There are far more lurkers than active posters. I think the OP just wanted to ask 'why' someone would lurk and not post, and make sure everyone felt welcome to 'join in'.

If you felt comfortable posting - even though you aren't currently in the lifestyle - please feel free to do so, but if you aren't comfortable posting - please feel free to lurk!

We've "lurked" here gathering info and to be honest seeing some things posted makes it nice to feel like we werent the only ones to see/feel/do certain things ;P

I think this place was a great find and Im very glad to have read all the advice/stories.
