Discussion vs. bashing???

We keep seeing posts about people getting upset because they feel like they are being "bashed" when others don't agree with them (We aren't talking name calling, just the plain disagreeing).
We just have to say that we don't recall ever feeling like we were bashed or insulted by others opinions on this board. Have people disagreed with us? Sure! We're probably one of the most controversial couples on the board! lol!
We're both bi (although we aren't opposed to straight people any more....We used to say they just weren't right, but we've opened our minds and beds a little).
We enjoy one night stands (The only people we have sex with twice are the ones we see again at the club).
Our favorite playmates are single males and we've turned down single females.
We only use condoms when our partners prefer them (Once upon a time we were condoms only, but have changed).
Mrs. is allergic to most of the condoms to the point where Mr. can't use the "bad" ones with someone else because the residue is still on him when he takes it off. Soooo, We just keep a supply of the "good" ones handy. That way there's no worry. We explain without going into a lot of detail and we've never had a play partner refuse to use one of our condoms.
The Mrs. is allowed and has occasionally played alone with the males, but the Mr. doesn't (Mrs. isn't that comfortable with most people.) We believe that the only thing that matters is whether or not BOTH of you are comfortable not whether or not everyone else thinks it's "fair". To us "fair" is we don't do anything that would make the other one sad or uncomfortable. period.
We refuse to play with half of a couple. About the only way we would is if we knew both of them and were certain they were both happy doing it .
We won't, can't, will never, believe that cheaters are swingers. Swinging involves honesty with your partner and your playmates. Cheating does not.

Anyway, The whole point of a discussion board is to get people discussing issues, items, ideas, events. We've learned more from reading this board and the different points of view others have than we ever would have just talking to each other. Sometimes the discussions will even change our views on things. Sometimes they just lead to a deeper understanding of each other and each others view points.
Lighten up a bit and enjoy the discussion/debate.... sometimes it's ok to agree to disagree.

What a great post! Obviously we have some differences in swinging style, but who cares? We're still sending out some SwingersBoard love to you!
