It seems to come and go, I went a day and a half without running into it once... then it's back. The upgrades don't seem to have helped. Based on the feedback above with who is experiencing it, I can't help but think it is related to whatever IE's latest security update was. Their need to control everything just tends to make things more and more problematic Maybe they are just trying to get people to stop using them. |

It amazed me how much faster everything loaded, and I didn't run into the login problem at all while I was using it. Need more testing. |

From what I've read, Firefox was the result of AOL deciding they were not going to support Netscape any longer. They let all of their devlopers go and most of them went over to the Mozilla project and Firefox was the result. An interesting bit of trivia is that one of the major financial supporters for the Mozilla project was AOL. Strange, isn't it? By the way, Firefoxes companion Email client is Mozilla Thunderbird, the best email client available, in my opinion. And in case anybody is wondering, no, I don't have any interest in Mozilla other than they have a couple of good products, and they are both FREE.

My bf is a MAC user and I was quite jealous when I got to play with that feature on the Mac browser. I think I'm gonna like Firefox. |

I changed to IE. Netscape 8 is GREAT! It also has the ie engine in it so you can change over when pages don't look right in Netscape. That is something Firefox does not have. You get the tapped browsing and many new other cool tricks.Check it out. We have been having the logging in problem in here for the last three days using IE. I just opened Netscape 8 and all is well. Have a feeling something in your data has changed Julie that is not doing well with the newer IE browsers. |

For those of you who switched to Firefox be sure to go back to their website for updates periodically. Contrary to rumors they do have security issues and as more people use it their will be more hacker attacks. They do not publicize their upgrades but they do have them.

The main one being firefox and you can also use the IE engine in it since the firefox engine does not support all types of coding at this time. The tapped browsing is great once you get used to it. Even though netscape and firefox and IE are all FREE there is no spyware in them. |

It goes back to the olden days of the internets and programming when the attitude was that it was information and information should be free, so programs like that were released and programmers allowed full access to the source codes so that they could make the programs better. Think of it more not as a corporation owning the program (like with IE) but more as the people own the program, if we already own it, why would we have to pay for it. Believe it or not, some of the best things on the internet are still free ![]()
