Is anyone into piercings? Genital piercings?

I have my hood and nipples pierced. My b/f has 3 scrotal rings. We make some beautiful music when we're in the doggy-style position.

And my nipples are so sensitive now!!! I just love them being pierced!!!!

I have one scrotal and one nipple pierced and love them. Sandy had a vertical hood several years ago and took it out after about 6 months becuase her jeans got in the way.

Actually, she was never multi-orgasmic until the piercing and she was nervous about removing it because of that. Everything ended up great cause she is moreso today than before.

After 2 years, I am finally going back for my right nipple this week!

I'm glad to hear that we're not the only ones with this type of lifestyle. But I'm glad to hear that even with Sandy's ring out that she's still so orgasmic. I know it's a big relif for her to have that.

And early congrats on getting your other nipple done!

Just out of curiousity, do the piercings tend to turn people away? Are there some out there, that you've come in contact with, that didn't want to play because of your piercings?

My wife had a hood piercing and she said it didn't do much for her. She went in for an operation and they had to remove it. The hole grew shut during her recovery and she never had it redone.

While piercings (in moderation) wouldn't neccessarily turn me away they don't do anything for me either, and given two equally attractive women, one with piercings and one without, I'll take the one without every time. But I also know some people that are into them too, so to each his own. Now, for the people with lots of piercings, like eyebrows, lips, tongue, more than a couple in the ears, and the labia chain mail, those just gross me out and I can't get away fast enough.

Quite the contrary. My piercings seem to be good icebreakers at parties. Hell, sometimes I don't even need to show up!

But no, I have never experienced anything worse than a casual shudder and then they always say the same two things...

1. Did that hurt? To which my reply is always the same... "Actually, I find having my flesh sliced by a 10-inch needle then having 6 guage titanium shoved through the hole quite stimulating!

and...

2. Can I touch it? To which my replay is always... "I would be disappointed if you didn't!"

LOL - all in fun.

We have been talking for a while that me (the male) may get nipple rings....However, I have heard that it is THE most painful place to get done, even including the genital area, because the piercing actually goes behind the nipple to get it done.

Ok, so.....we know it hurts..but on average...what is the recovery time? Is it one of those things where you just stay the hell away from the area for a few days?

Also--I work in an office environment. Would getting small rings or barbells be better than anything else, so that dress shirts don't "reveal" too much?

Thoughts???

You asked...I'll answer...sorry, but I think all those piercings are a total turn-off. Of course, it might have something to do with my age...I'm just too young to appreciate this type of stuff.

My nipple only hurt for about 2 seconds. What followed was a dull ache for about 24 hours. Then, just extreme sensitivity for about a month. It was fully healed in 90 days.

Anything other than a properly fitted barbell as your first jewelry will cause longer and potentially more painful healing process. Check out our piercer's web site. They take a radically (but more sane) approach to piercing than anyone we have seen. I even checked with my physician who agrees that if you are going to get peirced, this is the way to do it.

Heh, a few days. My wife had both hers done separately. She was told by the first piercer to expect 4-8 weeks of not having her nipples touched at all. That estimate turned out to be pretty accurate. Kiss them good bye until they heal almost all the way.

'Fraid we're with EBF on this one. There just isn't any appeal, either to have our own, or to look at others'. For us, the sight of a pierced nipple, clitoral hood, scrotum or glans always conjures the same, single word.

I just got my nipples pierced on Nov. 3rd. Now my piercer told me 6 to 12 weeks just to make sure it was healed. But said it might only take 4 to 8 weeks. So it's been 6 weeks and they've done really well. No "lymphing" (oozing), some soreness at 1st, but now they're so darn sensitive (in a good way) I keep thinking, "What took me so long to decide to do this". lol

To rate the nipple piercing against my hood piercing, I say a 7 out of 10.....cause that hood piercing HURT like hell. I give it an 11. lol

But the joy I get from the increased orgasm's is out of this world!!!

It took less than a month for my hood to heal.

Now I'm just waiting for the holidays to be over so I can go out and buy me some pretty rings to put in my nipples. hehehe

Presents for my 2 teenage kids comes 1st!

How long to keep your hands off is another issue from pain altogether. You have to keep your piercing covered, dry and hands-off for as long as possible - at least 8 weeks. The longer you do, the better it will heal.

That said, the pain is the easiest part!
