I recently played with a gentleman who has a PA. Until him I had no idea what one was. He offered right up front to take it out if it was going to be difficult visually or physically uncomfortable for me. Being the adventurous soul that I am, I asked him to leave it in. I found it to be challenging for oral sex. I was unable to take him as deep as either of us desired. So out it came. Maybe on a less endowned man it would have not been an issue for me.

When I first heard about genital peircings I was curious and might have been with someone who had one but never did. Now it's just not my thing and I would definitely pass on someone who had one.

I have no issue with piercings per se, but some of the more extreme ones make me uncomfortable. A PA is not one of the ones I consider to be particularly attractive, but I've never played with someone who had one so I can't say how it'd be. I wouldn't rule them out, but it wouldn't be a particular draw for me either.

One gf I had had her clittoral hood pierced and I chipped a tooth on it flicking the bead back and forth...

Powerful yet gentle... It was a largish (.25") bead and it hit the corner of my tooth just right. Later she got a barbell put in at my request
