Thought I'd chime in. My wife wants me to shave. She says it will be better for both of use when she goes down on me. I'm all for that. But I don't want to put a razor on my junk. I actually only have to shave my goatee area once every three days (someday I'll hit puberty), So I'm not very experienced in the shaving department. So... I just received a bottle of VEET Sensitive Formula. I tried it on my nipples this morning to see what it felt like and there was a very slight tingling sensation. It was not bad at all. I will be trying it on the boys tonight. Wish me luck as I wouldn't want any of my compatriots to see this. I will post a review upon completion of my mission. I hope it doesn't burn .

Alright I'm done. Let me preface this review with a little info. I'm in the Army and I'm currently deployed to Iraq. This means that I can't hang out with my wang out in the mens shower as this is against Man Law. Here is my AAR (after action review). What was supposed to happen: I was supposed to go into the male shower get in a really small shower stall, apply veet to my legs, balls, shaft, and taint, leave veet on for 5 - 8 min then rinse off. Hair is supposed to come of easily and with minimum pain. What actually happened: Well all and all it went of without a hitch. I was a little cramped in the shower which made it hard to reach the lower part of my legs. After applying veet there was very little discomfort and no pain. I attribute the discomfort to having just clipping the sensitive areas. I left the veet on for about 8 min. And with some rubbing with my washcloth 99% of the hair came off rather easily. It was a bit messy as I'm pretty hairy below the belt. I got out dryed off, went to my room and admired myself. I then applied a product call nutrogena after shave lotion to my legs, and the wedding tackle. There is still a little hair here and there that I cleaned up with a razor. In my own home this would not be a problem. Conclusion: I have found a product that is the answer for me. Completely satisfied and I will purchase veet over and over. As always YMMV. Ask me anything. I used to shave with the Mach3, but all the Veet posts made me go out and try it. So far, used it twice, in two weeks. pretty good product. I need to leave it on longer though.. I was nervous. I have used it on the whole area, and as long as it doesnt get in or too close to the back door, there is no feeling for me at all.. Im gonna stick with the veet! |

OK so like the sell on Veet sounds like the real deal! You know a little tingling around the boyz isn't such a bad thing...at least NO burning balls!! Now, I really don't like to sound as "living under a rock" as this might sound, but could you explain the squirrel on the trampoline thing to me please? I've always been intrigued with our "furry little friends".

You'll never get the Spousal Unit to try it on his parts. We tried Veet on his back prior to a trip to Belize, and his back was a complete mess (broken out, peeling skin, the whole nine yards) and that stuff will come nowhere near his body now. I've used it myself to dehair the nether regions with reasonable results - I just don't have the patience to sit for 10 minutes to keep doing it. The only moral to this story, besides "good luck" would be perhaps a skin patch test might be in order before you gentlemen slather your balls in it, just to be safe? |

Read the directions first for Veet. As with any product and follow said directions. Somewhere I bet it says "apply to a small portion of skin" or something similar. This way you can check for reactions. |

My suggestion is something called "Majic Cream" it is meant for black guys with a real heavy beard...it comes as a powder and you mix up into a paste, and apply keep on for about 15 min and rinse off...plus its cheep and available at wally world or places like CVS, its usually in the same area as the shaving cream....been using it for years and no problems.

For about the last 4 or 5 years, I've been trimming the bush up top with a set of regular Wahl hair clippers with the half inch guard on it. Ladies seem to like it, and anything to please them. I've never considered shaving anything below that (other than when I had the big snip a couple of years back,) but I just might now. I've seen other guys who have shaved everything, but I always figured that I just didn't have the time to dedicate to so much 'upkeep.' I guess it's like shaving anything else - you get used to the routine and you don't even notice it anymore.
