A guys brazillian wax? have you done it?

Starting this thread for mr.blueguitar, since he is too busy right now to do it himself.

Both of us have no problem with waxing, and like it for our own reasons. I know some people aren't into it, and thats okay. However, I was wondering, how many of you men out there have tried the Brazilian wax thing...?

Mr.Blue wants to get waxed this valentine's day, but is a little unsure of some of the technical aspects of waxing the male genitalia. I can explain female waxing, but that doesn't really help him.

Here are the questions:
1) are there any of you men who have gotten this done before?
2) If you have body hair, especially on your legs or butt, does the waxed part look weird compared to that?
3) Do they wax "everything" like they do on women.. i.e. do they wax the penis, balls, and the area around the anus?
4) How badly did it hurt for you? I know it hurts for women, but I didn't know if it would hurt more for men or not.
5) Any recommendations on 'style' so to speak? What areas to have waxed to enjoy hair-free sex, but not look weird on someone with hairy legs and butt...
6) Do they wax the whole butt? I heard this somewhere, that they wax the cheeks.. sounds odd to me, but does anyone know?

2) I got a compliment from a (much) older woman on a nudie beach, so it must not have looked bad. More importantly, my wife liked it.
3) yes; for me, if it would be covered in a thong, it was waxed!
4) Pain wasn't a big issues; BUT they strongly suggested I go home and quickly soak in COLD water . I had to run about 100 erronds first and didn't get in the tub for about 6 hours; I had SERIOUS razor burn/bump (but when I shaved the same areas, I rarely got ANY razor burn). It looked like hell for about 5 days.
5) I like my women (wife) baby bald, so thats the style I choose
6) DIdn't ask for butt cheeks to be done... pretty much hairless already...

Going through laser now, so not a concern any more (all laser commercials are wrong; it hurts like hell !!! But, it is gone once they are done with all treatments)

Sounds like it may hurt more for women because of the "internal" nature of waxing. I must say, the lips, the lips...yipes that hurts!!! My husband would love to get waxed and i think it would be super sexy. I have to show him this thread. Thanks for posting it!!!

Done it and yes it hurt. The scrotum was by FAR the worst part of it though. I think the actual "design" can be totally left up to you...go as far as you want to with it.

It was nice to not have to shave for a few months though.

Mr. Fun had it done a few years ago by a professional, and he said the scrotum was pretty painful. We attempted to wax him at home, and I think that was even worse. We decided there are some things left up to a professional.

It hurts when I have it done, but I do dig the results that I'll suffer ...

I've had it done several times. Love it. some times it hurts like hell, others it doesn't hurt at all. As far as I can tell it just depends on how sensative my body is that day. Normally there's minor pain but nothing too bad.
