mrs good times gives some great advice
Default Optipro Hair Removal?

Has anyone ever tried this for hair removal in the nether regions?

30 tweezer on a dual opposed epilation head sounds painful but the reviews say it does work. I currently shave but have issues with bumps if I do it to often and I've tried waxing and don't like it.

Has anyone here tried this and what do you think about it?

Well since no one here was able to give me any advice on this epideral equipment I decided to be a guinea pig and just give it a try.

I bought one last night and tried it out. It's kind of like using an electric razor with dull blades. It does a great job at pulling the hair out but it took me about two hours to remove all of the pubic hair because I would have to take a pain break every now and them. I found it better than waxing because I could go at my own pace rather than ripping out a chunk of hair in one felt swoop.

Everything is baby smooth now and it has Mr. GT's seal of approval. He likes it so much that I had to meet him for a nooner today so he could test it again.

Know we'll see if it really lasts 4-6 weeks like they claim.

Sorry I totally missed this post but just saw it since you posted to it again. I've never even heard of it but it sounds painful so I would think it better work for 4-6 weeks for all that.

You'll have to keep us posted although even if it does last that long, I'm a sissy and still wouldn't use it.

Yea, it works great, she has never been this smooth even the insant after shaving.

I tried it and it really doesn't hurt as bad as I would have thought, I also tried the waxing thing when Mrs. GT tried it once and it doesn't even come close to hurting as bad as waxing.

The finished result is every bit as smooth as waxing, and it is way easier on the ears. Unlike waxing their wasn't any screaming involved.

I kinda doubt that it will last 4-6 weeks, Mrs Good Times, as they may claim I tweeze........yes tweeze Tammy down below to a landing strip. It started from her tweezing outside her bikini line many years ago. I curiously watched her ......then told her I'd be happy to do it for her. The first time i did it for her, she got really horny and pounced on me after I was done It wasn't long before I asked her if I could tweeze her to a landing strip. She was game, and I've done it ever since.

As for as how long it lasts.......maybe about 3 weeks before the hairs start poking out (never really kept close track). But what I have noticed is, over time, not as many hairs grow back. Probably 25-30% less hairs to tweeze now It originally took me about an hour and now it takes about a half hour.....more efficient and less hairs. But what hasn't changed is every time I tweeze her......she still gets horny as hell. I can usually start smelling her aroma within a couple minutes after I start, as she gets really wet. And we always end up in a good romp

Let us know how long it lasts for you.

Brett

So what's the verdict on your Optipro, Mrs Good Times. Does the smooth feel last the 4-6 weeks? Have you used it a second time? Just curious, as the Vegas thread reminded me.

mrs good times, just wondering ... do you epilate down the sides of the labia as well as the pubic area?

I use a "Braun Silk Epil SoftPerfection" to trim my pubic area, but I find that when I try to go down the sides, I get too wet (from the perverse excitement I feel as a reaction to the fear I have of it hurting, I think) and then I CAN'T use the epilator cuz it doesn't slide properly over the skin, no matter how tightly I stretch it.

If you DO epilate down the sides, do you not have problems with wetness, or how do you deal with that?

If you don't epilate down the sides, how do you deal with the hair there?

I shave down the sides ... it works fine and since I shave my armpits every day anyway, it's not much more to shave there as well. My fiance loves watching me hike my leg up and bracing it against the shower wall to shave myself :-))

The verdict is that it only lasts about three weeks like you said. The current problem is that I get ingrown hairs at the pubic area but not on the labia when they grow back, ouch! I am using it once a week as suggested for sensitive skin with the hopes that this new problem will go away with time. Does your Mrs. have this problem? If so any suggestions?

Mr. GT sure likes the smoothness and the show when I am using it. The pain does decrees the more I use it so I'm going to keep trying to see if things will get better.

Yes I do use it on the side of the labia and so far that has been the easiest part. Mr. GT gets excited watching but it doesn't do much for me (the pain I think is what keeps me dry Stretching the skin tight is a problem and I look like a contortionist when I'm trying to get down into the hard to see areas, but I'm not brave enough to ask my husband to help. Not knowing where he is aiming is scarier than taking it on by myself. Mine has an automatic stop if you get to close to the skin so I know I won't cut myself.

well, I haven't tried this method in particular. I personally wax, although until about 8-9 months ago I was a "shaver". I can guess (although tell me if I am wrong) it must be similar. The more I wax, the longer I can go in between sessions. For the bumps, and ingroin hairs here's my advice. Right after you tweeze, wax, "machine" your area, shower. Then apply a combo of antibiotic ointment and hydrocortisone cream. Just mix the two together in the palm of your hand and rub it on. I would give it at least 24hrs before sex, ect....... I know it will be hard, but this is the advice of the girl who waxes me, by the way she does my labia (inner too) and towards my "backside" and gives this advice for the whole area. Then I also use a topical exfolliant (advice from my "wax girl" again, because I am also prone to ingroin hairs) everyday after I shower. The one I use is made by Aveda, no alcohol to sting or dry out those sensitive areas.

My last tip is about enjoying the end product. "BABY OIL" Try lubing each other up with a ridiculous amount of baby oil........ trust me you won't be sorry!!! (even better if you can get him to wax too!)

J

ps I have always said, if you take care of your "who-ha" she'll take care of you!

Yes, Tammy does get ingrown hairs And no.......we don't have an answer.
Not that we've tried anything other than sex right after I tweeze her

Tammy's so horny after I'm done......no way I'm passing it up after I've groomed it for the last half hour In fact, she looks forward to my tweezing as she knows how horny she'll be and the romping she'll get It's worth an ingrown hair or too

just as a warning, and this is a little off subject, but do not go for the laser hair removal. there are serious health risks involved because there is anasthesia (spelling?)involved. there have been people that have died im not familiar enough with this board to know if i post this link right, if not can someone quote me and fix it? http://www.newsobserver.com/256/story/380716.html
