Yeast infections after playing

I have a problem. I have a two swinging experiences with other couples. One was about a year ago, the other wa a few weeks ago.

Both times I seem to have developed a yeast infection. Does anyone have any idea this would have happpened? I have NEVER had one except for these 2 times. One time we used a condom, one time we didn't. Thanks.

Did you have a lot more sex in those two encounters than you typically do? Did you get a lot wetter than normal?

I could almost guarantee that if I had a swinging encounter that involved multiple occassions of sex that I would end up with a yeast infection after the fact. Toys have also always been a huge problem for me (for both yeast infections and vaginitis).

I would suggest that you make sure you "clean up" between each round. All those juices flowing and "sticking" around will definately lead to a yeast infection later.

I haven't had a yeast infection in over 20 years...thats right since I was 16 (despite being diabetic)! Well that streak has been broken....I have a yeast infection right now. My blood sugar is fine, I'm not on birth control..so the only other thing that has changed is my sexual partner (well, the addition of one). He used a condom...so I'm not sure if that is a factor..I mean those little yeastie beasties can get everywhere. So today I'm gonna go ask for a dose of Diflucan (anti-fungal one dose pill) and give a tube of miconazole to our friend.

What really stinks about this is hubby and I couldn't get it on one last time in the morning before school ends. (we like to do it in every room of the house )

So...it could be sexual parter...it could not. Look at what has changed around you and hopefully this will help...

How often do you use condoms? if the answr is never, have you ever been tested for a latex sensitivity? If not, you might want to find that out. Also, where cyber skin toys used? Although they are plush, and very lovely feeling, they can cause a major problem, even when cleaned properly. Thats the problem with them, they hold way too much bacteria, way to easy.

If its the latex being a problem to you, go to you local drug store and look up alternatives to latex. Poly, lamb skin, ect.
