Change you computer chair. GEt a mesh back, and mesh seat. Most people use a heavy cotton, or leather chair. Its not good for your rear. The leather and the heavy fabrics contain, or cause excess oil build up.

BY getting a more breathable chair, and routinely cleanign the area you sit in, you shouldn't have a problem with it anymore. Most poeple will say its bull that sitting too much can cause ass zits. Trust me, it can. And leather only makes it worse. The natural oils from the leather, mixed with the dirt, from the chair, the sweat from your skin, and you natural oils, caus one hell of a dirt back up in your pores. Canvas chairs arent as bad, but they can still carry alot of dirt. Best bet, go to office max, or your local office supply depot, and get your self a nice cheap mesh back chair. If you dont know what they are, the sales man will. They start at around 39.95 for the cheaper models and go up to the 150 dollar or so range like mine. Hope that helps.

Couple of things I have found concerning body acne. I suffered from it for a long time, then I found out some information that might be helpful here. Either your skin is too oily or not oily enough. That is the case with most people, unless you are blessed with perfect skin. Either way, the overproduction or lack of oil production can lead to acne. The best thing that has worked for me is a cleanser called Clean and Clear. Buy it at Walmart or Walgreens. It is safe to use anywhere on your body, don't swallow it or get it in your eyes.

Wash every day. If its facial acne, don't "pick" at the acne, then touch other parts of your face. There are actually bacteria that can cause you to break out in other places when you spread them. Also, if you use the phone a lot, never let it touch your face, as there are bacteria and facial oil on the handset.

For body acne, you can use a facial wash to clean and control the outbreak. Main thing is to keep the acne sores clean so germs and oil cannot spread. When I switched from cotton "tightie whities" to boxers, that really helped control outbreaks. In fact, since I have switched, I don't break out anymore.

If you are looking for a good facial or body cleanser, make sure it contains benzoyl peroxide. This is the active acne fighting ingredient. Don't expose your skin to the sun too much after using anything with benzoyl peroxide as it strips off your skin's protective oils. You can burn easier, plus you are at greater risk for skin cancer, etc.

Finally, if you shave alot in the pubic area, you are going to be more prone to breakouts. I recommend using a double or triple blade for shaving. This is much easier on your skin than single "throwaway" blades. Also use a shaving cream that has moisterizer in it. Shaving dries out the skin.

Almost any subject can be changed to football, HotCoupleGnS.

I have two football players in my family who have acne problems. 'Course it may also be that they're teens.

I don't know where y'all live in the city but Jenks has the best youth football program in town. It starts in First Grade with the Mighty-Mite program. The name of the club is Jenks Trojan Athletics. (They have a website somewhere.)

I have a problem with back acne, I dont think it is as bad as it used to be, but now my back is scared from the acne........ IT SUCKS, I HATE IT and I WANT IT GONE, no matter what I do I can not get it gone, I think alot of it scaring, but I know some of it is still acne....

Try medicaded scrubs twice a week followed by an oil free moisterizer (use the mosturizer daily after your shower). You can get a great scrub bt St.Ives at just about any store. Also remember to wear cotton and dust with powder if you suffer from "butt sweat"

i cant believe that I have been on the board this long and never replied or have even seen this thread... anyway

lots of people get <giggle> ass zits from time to time.. Some keep getting them for a long time. All of the suggestions are great.. looser pants.. cotton instead of satin.. Also you probably should see if they are ingrown hairs instead of zits themselves. they look about the same with the exception of a hair growing back into the skin. If you have your neither regions, I understand that there is a cream called bikini zone that helps keep the bumps/zits what have you to a bare

minimum. When I used to shave there, i used some stuff called coochie cream I got from my toy lady. I wax now, so I dont get bumps very often.

As far as actual zits or even blackheads on your ass/arse/bum.. You are bound to get one from time to time.. Often people dont even know they have one unless its painful or they happen to see or feel it. If you do alot of manual labor ( inside or outside) you are going to sweat more than someone in an office and chances are be exposed to more dirt. Best bet is to make sure and use a good cleanser that doesnt irritate your skin and a nice rough washcloth, loofah ect. dont scrud too hard or you will hurt your skin.

IMPORTANTLY DO NOT PICK IT

if the zits are large and/or reoccuring or in large quanities, I would strongly suggest a trip to the dr or specialist to see if there is another reason or a better treatment
