Default For the Fair Skined, Like Myself...Question on Bruising

Hello Lovelies,

Well, we had our first MFMF full swap last Saturday and while it was fabulous, I didn't realize that it was such a rough and tumble.

No worries, because I had a great time! The frustrating part is that I now have some ugly breast bruises, and they don't hurt, they're just not attractive.

I am looking for some advice from those of you who have been in a similar situation, and who wanted them to fade quickly and also to cover them up in the meantime. We have a date tomorrow and I thought they would have faded by now.

Remedies? Best concealors?

From now on I'll be a bit more careful during my rough and tumbles to avoid marks.

I'm so pale I'm practically see through. So I've incurred my share of bruises, too. I usually try to wear clothes that cover them. If you're talking about hiding them while at the club or on a date, you can try a sheer black blouse/nightie. By the time you're removing it, no one's really gonna' care.

Once they fade to that lovely yellowing stage, it's easier to get by with make up.

=)

I'm at the yellowing stage. So ugly, but what can you do?

I might swing by MAC and see if they have a good coverup. I do have a cute sheer/lacy teddy. Perhaps I'll bring that with me...

I wish they'd just fade faster.

I have the same problem, very very pale white! I agree with Sweet TNA, not much you can do to make them go away faster.

Concealer usually works for me (I use Mary Kay), or a foundation that's not too thick and will blend easily.

Well, often times there are things that come up and it becomes a topic for conversation.

If you are open to talking about your previous experience, casually mention this is the result of long last bumping and grinding...really!

Have you met this couple before?

If its a first date, I can understand your nervousness, but remember the couple will see you for who you are and not your minor insecurities. Things will be fine!!

I'm trying to figure out the "how" here. I'm fair skinned and bruise easily (everywhere) but typically don't bruise on my breasts except for from lots of sucking (which may be your case). For me, I don't really worry about it. Yep, folks they are there. I've been busy with someone other than you... so deal with it! I guess I just wear it like a badge of honor.

Eating bananas will help bruises heal faster. Also, gently massaging the area surrounding the bruise (not ON the bruise itself) in a circular motion helps the blood resorb faster.

Vincent Longo also makes a great concealer, and I think it's cheaper than MAC.

Not that I've ever had this problem before.........

Here's worse- I was trying on a VERY cool little dress at my favorite 2nd hand store, with a zipper at the front- well, I now have a little red mark where the zipper nicked my breast- damn!

Someone recently told me that Vaseline petroleum jelly helps bruises heal. The theory is that blood circulation makes them heal, and when the Vaseline is on there, it holds the heat in, which brings more blood, which speeds the healing. I don't know if it's true.

The "how" would be the loverly breast sucking. Love some nipple play!

It's actually our second "date" and I let her know about it, and we had some girl on girl second base action, but it was dark and not visible. Her husband didn't see at the time. My husband doesn't care, of course. It's probably more myself who has the problem.

She actually said, "Good for you!" They're pretty laid back, so no worries, I'm sure.

I like the badge of honor attitude. I also love being a pale porcelain princess. Unfortunately, I hate bananas but I'll work on massaging. (Remember bells, not playing, but massaging.)

PB&J - ahhhhhhh! I'm sure that didn't tickle!

Petroleum jelly. Interesting. I know it's like putting plastic on your skin - nothing gets in or out.

You know, until we joined the Lifestyle, my tans-as-soon-as-the-sun-hits-his-skin husband was bothered by the fact that I couldn't tan- I burn, horribly, then it fades back to white. So even (especially!!) when we go to the nude beach I slather on the SPF 60 (or higher, if I can get it). Since we've been playing, he's come right around to appreciating my lily-white skin. He's finally realized that there's nothing wrong with it, and in fact, he's heard so many compliments for it that he's figured out that it is possible NOT to be a deep mahogany and still look good. All depends on the person. (AND non-sun-damaged skin is sooo much softer to the touch!)

And worse than bruises- big red mosquito bites- all over my stomach- that will teach me to hoe (in the garden that is) for an hour and a half the other night!!

Not only is there nothing wrong with it, skin stays so much healthier and softer! I do love the sun, always must wear sunscreen, but even then can burn slightly, and it will turn mostly white, but I do get a little tan. Honestly, I've already tanned my shoulders this season, and I hate the way they feel - they are not as soft as they are all winter long.

So I am definitely one for soft, pale, white skin!

Ah, but I'll bet the air smelled delicious....mmmm....

Well, we had a second date with the couple (who I was worried about the breast bruises) and the boy actually said that he thought it was hot.

*shrugs* Who knew?

Anyway, I am also the sunscreen queen and love my soft, smooth PPP skin. Nothing wrong with it, but I don't want the leather skin. I think tans can be very sexy, but I worry about the long term damage.

I did learn today, however, that moles (and I have a few) were considered the "stars of the skin" back in the day. I now have a new appreciation for my little brown dots. I need to discover others' constellations.

Really? Wow, between moles & freckles, I've got my own galaxy going!

Hmm . . . maybe I should start asking for volunteers to count my freckles.

=)
