I stared shaving years ago b/c my ex husband liked it ... then, I kept doing it even after we split, and even if I wasn't sexually active. I liked it for ME. Met Mr. Fun, and had my first wax a year ago and fell it love with the feeling (Like Carrie on Sex and the City says, "I'm so aware of down there!"). I've kept the wax going on, but this past summer got lazy and let it grow. I hated it; Mr. Fun didn't complain though. So, I had it waxed professionally again and didn't tell Mr. Fun --- he was in for a wonderful surprise that night. And he said, "I really do love this" -- so we're on the same page.

I MIGHT grow it back if he asked, but it would make me unhappy and I'd eventually have to have it waxed again. He does a good job of touch up waxing inbetween.

Someone mentioned playmates -- truthfully, I'm less interested in a playmates opinion than I am Mr. Fun or myself. I can't see myself altering anything appearance-wise for a playmate (but I do love to roll-play!!!)

Sure, I'd do that for him. Started shaving for him but I'd probably at least keep it trimmed now even if he wanted me to stop shaving. Compromise can be good. I'd get rewarded.

It only occured to me this year tht I found the "no shaving" perspective interesting. I always knew that I liked seeing women with trimmed pubic hair at the least, but the realization came to me this year that I'm truly just attracted to women that appear more natural than our current society's latest trends (ie... I always thought that I was more attracted to brown haired women, which is true, but I realized it was due to my lack of interest in the fashions of many of the women that die their hair blonde. This is just a personal observation). Well, Spoomonkey you are right. There are extremes, in either action or inaction, that women can feel stuck holding themselves to due to societal/social pressures. It still boils down to personal preferences, and I'm glad there are a few women out there with pubic hair.

Many things are more important about a woman than pubic hair, whether she is a swing partner, or a life partner. In a swing partner, I wouldn't ask for pubic hair, either she has it or not, with pubic hair being a slight plus. With a life partner, I'd ask for it humbly, not demandingly. So, in staying with the theme of the thread, I'd be one to ask for it.

I didn't do or not do for J...if he had a preference I would probably go with that, but I asked him and he goes "babe - I don't care...as long as I don't end up with a mouth-full of stray hairs".

I shaved experimentally way back when I was in high school...at first I was kinda "meh" about it and thought it looked kinda funny all bald down there. Then I got used to it and liked it hair-free and kept it that way for like 6 years. Now, I don't really have a preference because just as an experiment, I let it grow out for a while...and I guess I have short-hair natually...it stopped at like 1/4" long...so it didn't bother me or cause stronger odors or anything.

Now that I know that (I love experimenting...haha)...I will probably just shave the bottom area to keep my pussy itself smooth and touchable. Trim the top a bit and we're off.

On a side note - I also just bought that new John Frieda hair glaze in the dark brown color (for my head sillies)...the curtains match the drapes for the first time in YEARS. YAY!!

Actually, that is the great thing about fantasies and sexual interests - everyone has different ones and none of them are wrong (well - within reason. Clubbing monkeys for sexual gratification is reprehensible and unforgivable). And chances are when you find your soul mate - she'll be just as glad to find a man who likes for her to experiment with her pubs as you are to find a woman who will.

I am really enjoying your posts!! It is so nice to hear from other men who like more natural women and pubic hair! No offense to anyone else of course, but I like having a little hair (a landing strip, as some call it). I would feel like a "kid" if I didn't have any hair.

HAHA!! I am not laughing at you...I LOVE your posts. Seriously. That's a cute idea...and usually what I do with the hair on my head. I trim it to my shoulders in the summer...then fall, winter, and spring...I trim it a bit fall and spring to prevent split ends...in the winter I let it stay super long...it's warm.

Anyway - I am usually not running around in the snow without my bottom half being warm...so I probably don't have to worry about that with my pubic hair.

I think the completely shaved look is gruesome.

A lit covering of hair, not the trimmed mustache loot is excellent. It is sensual and sexual to have a modest hair covering over a pubis, both male and female.

I have tried shaved. It feels ackward. Eileen has never shaved, but she has trimmed.
Some women have hair that it so thick and heavy it needs some kind fo trim.

But it is all a matter of individual taste.
