The idea of good anal intercourse is to clean the inside by applying as much water, by any means necessary.

There are some colon (cleansing) pumps, pump/douche container/douche bag and anal pumps available in pharmacies and in sex shops.

Now, while in the tub/shower or over toilet, bidet, etc.

1)Fill up the pump with warm water
2)Lubricate the nozzle
3)Lubricate the anus (ass hole)
4)Insert the nozzle inside
5)Squeeze the pump content fast inside
6)Pull out the pump (nozzle) –while it still squeezed (so it won't suck back, what you have inserted)

Then sit on toilet and relieve contents

Tips:

1)Using warmer water will stimulate the colon for more bowel movement to reject more inside contents
2)Applying/adding baby oil (olive oil) with the warm water will help to lubricate the inside surface of the colon.
3)Laying down on stomach (water still in inside colon) for 5 min, will assure to reject more contents.
4)Repeating this method three times or more gets best result.
5)Repeating this method every half an hour or so(depending of what you have been eating last 24 hours).


In Bed:

Apply lubrication then insert the tip of the finger inside, then gently stretch the anus opening side-ways, to loosen up the anus muscles.
Try the whole finger inside, then with gentle penetration. Then use two fingers with more stretching side walls muscles of the anus.

Has anyone ever used a butt prior to anal sex? I have found that if I insert one an hour or so before my husband or partner tries insertion it goes in MUCH easier and is less painful.

I am assuming you are asking if anyone has ever used a butt PLUG prior to anal sex?

If so, it really is not necessary to insert it an hour before, though if that works for you, and that's what you prefer, that's great.

We just incorporate a butt plug into our sexual encounter of the moment. Usually, after just a few minutes playing with the butt plug, the rectum is relaxed enough to receive a penis (or a vibrator).
