Question for the men - what's the best way to get rid of hair?

Hi guys. My hubby is trying to figure out the best way to get rid of the hair on his balls. Any suggestions? I use Magic Powder on my private bits but I don't know that it would work on ball skin because you kind of need to stretch the skin tight and remove the stuff with a credit card.

Magic Powder will work great for the ball area...it's what Ted has been using for years and he is always baby smooth. Have you ever had any problems with it? We have yet to try it on me as I usually shave everything. How far down do you use it on you?

I use it everywhere - I'm completely smooth. There is a science to it though. The first time I used it I wasn't shaved at all, just trimmed, and it worked perfectly - I was completely smooth. I let it grow in for about a week before I used it again. It still worked well, but I wasn't quite as smooth. I don't know if it is more about the amount of regrowth or the powder/water ratio. I'm still happy with it though. If I leave it on too long, I get a little irritation, but nothing too bad.

I bought the Magic cream and tried it yesterday (after 2 days of regrowth) and it didn't work at all. I still have a whole tube of the stuff so I'll try it again with more regrowth and/or leave it on longer. I'm really hoping it will work. It's a lot better than mixing up the Powder.

How does Ted remove the Magic Powder? Does he use a "spatula" like it calls for in the instructions or does he use a cloth?

I just use the back edge of a knife blade after about 7 minutes and always come out smooth with no irritation. No ingrown hairs either. The balls just require a little squeeze to get a smooth surface to remove the stuff and Voila!

Interestingly enough, why not just shave it? I've never experienced any effects from shaving my balls, but using any other hair removal method has always lead to discomfort.

On the other hand, I've always developed a rash when shaving my pubic area, but no effect when using hair removal creams etc.

One of these days I'm gonna get it right...

The method we were told was to use a good quality conditioner or creme rinse. That's right....the same stuff you use for your hair on the head...the one on your shoulders ! It softens the pubic hair as well as the skin underneath, lessening any irritation and razor burn/ingrown hair.

Scared to try Magic Powder!

After I read this post I purchased all of the different Kinds of Magic Powder I found at Walgreens- Silver can, Gold can and Creme in a Tube.

Then I got home and read the instructions

There are tons of warnings about washing it off! I am now to scared to try it on my private areas. Surrender

Has anyone had a reaction, if so what was it like? How far into your pussy to you apply it? Like my pussy at the top has a thin row of hair and do you think that would be too close? How long should I leave it on the first time? Does it burn?

On my outer lips, I don't think it would be a problem, it's just regular skin...but what about the inner lips? I have some hair there too and I hate shaving it, I get so irritated.

The first time was when I was in the shower using my Remington wet shaver on my face and figured WTF... lets give Judy a surprise tonight. It worked ok, no pain.

Then, I looked down and the bottom of the tub was pink. A whole lot of toilet paper later I got the bleeding stopped... with all these little tufts of paper stuck to my bag.

yes.. my question exactly, and belive it or not... I contacted the customer service line and Felt like such a freak explaining what I wanted to do with it to the man on the phone.... He studdered and said "ma'am I don't think thats where it is supposed to go. Have a nice day."

I wouldn't recommend it, Mrs. GT got some magic powder to give it a try. First she tried it in the general area but not inside and everything went well. We examined it and it looked like it did a pretty good job so she decided to give it a test all over. Next thing I know a horrible amount of screaming and carrying on ensues in our bathroom. I run in to see what happened and she is in the shower with the water running full blast on her private parts while rubbing said parts with the utmost vigor. I ascertained by the anguished look on her face that she wasn't doing that from a sudden bout of extreme horniness. No, it was obvious, even to me, that she was in extreme pain. She got out some time later and presented her now severally inflamed private parts for inspection, ouch, it looked pretty bad.

The moral of the story is, don't put the magic powder there.
