I've seriously never blogged before, so this makes me a virgin. (At last, I'm a virgin at something!)
I'm getting sick, too. I've got a sore throat, my head feels like a pumpkin and I need a hot toddy. Or maybe sleep. I'm pretty bitchy for the most part. Mr. LFM asks me if I've been in the dog food as a kind way to ask me if I'm being a bitch. Yes, I really am.
For the past four or five days, it's snowed constantly. We've probably gotten 18 inches in those days and tonight, the winds are supposed to whip to about 30-35 MPH tonight and all day tomorrow. I should be snowed in tomorrow, I'm sure the chagrin of my boss. Well, I think I'm calling in sick tomorrow anyway. Plus being snowed in...

| |  I just had to call in sick this morning...It was worse than I thought. You know how you feel your eyes are going to pop outta your head because the pressure behind them is so strong? Yep, plus, I couldn't even talk (to the happiness of my family) because of a bitchin' sore throat. I'm sure it's viral though. Let it take it's course. I hate being sick. I'm the nurse and I help people get well... I hate being sick!! Our windstorm didn't amounted to zip. It's as calm as calm can be. Which is good because wind makes me cranky... Let's see -- cranky and sick. Hell, can you imagine me then?!  Hope everyone is having a happy and wonderful Sunday. I'd rather be playing!!  |
