We've noticed this when perusing profiles that it seems like in the younger swingers (especially those in the early 20's) that it seems like bisexuailty amongst the guys is on the rise. More and more of these younger couples are listing the guys as bi-curious at the very least. In my mind, it makes sense that we would progress in this direction. Female bisexuality is now completely accepted in the vanilla world (it seems) so the next step would have to be male bisexuality. As the younger crowd has become more open towards f/f play those same females may be encouraging their guys to be more open to their own hidden fantasies. Do you think it's possible that in another 10 or 15 years we may see male bisexuality just as openly accepted and encouraged as female bisexuality? |

My son (20) had a gf a year or so back, they broke up and one day I asked about if he had heard from her and how she was. He said she was fine and dating some girl. I asked about that and he said almost every girl he knows had tried or experimented with the bi thing. My point is, the younger folks think of bi-girls as the norm, so I don't think it will be too long until the guys start thinking of it as more normal as well. Me? I'm too old and I just don't have that attraction to a guy, but if I had grown up where that was considered normal... Who knows, but at this point it's a no no for me. G

I am not looking for a bi experience but If things all fell into kine correctly I wouldn't be against it. To me this comes down to having sex for fun. If its fun for all parties what could be wrong with it. |

Bi-Furious females are annoying enough at times, can't wait for the same with males. ![]() As a person who has studied human sexuality from a evolutionary biology slant, I predict you will see an increase as existing males are less afraid to come out of the closet, but it will never reach the same proportions as female bisexuality. Human nature is what it is.

The whole Bisexual topic has become a thing with younger people, Having 3 kids, 24, 28, and 13, we hear it all.. The 24 yr olds wife ACTS as chicup said Bi Furious... But in her case we believe its a occasional thing..( this is the same one that last year asked us for a stripper pole or a video camera for Xmas) The 18 yr old, a female, has dated, but the bisexuality thing is out among her and her friends big time.. to the point she broke up with her "boyfriend" when he went to a gay bar and went home with a guy.. soon afterward she started spending more time at her girlfriends house, a true self described bisexual. No definative proof they are playing, but the amount of time spent and the "closeness" between them leads to a lot of assumptions. As far as the 13 yr old, he is "grossed out" by the thought.. He is content with the 13, 14, 16, and 17 yr old girls chasing his butt.. which has been the scource of many new grey hairs.. 6ft tall, 235 lbs.. Linebacker on the football team.. Of all our kids, we worry about him, to the point I bought him condoms, and gave him the box.. with the instructions.. one in the wallet, two in the gym bag, and two in the book bag pocket.. never be without one, and if you are.. Do NOT go for it..

Or is it society's standards/morals that are forced upon us? Is bi play in different societys looked upon more favorably than ours? Can it be different by society, city or regional?

| Here to Stay | Maybe society is becoming more tolerant only time will tell. Personally if it happens during play then it happens but I do have limits. It does nothing for the Mrs. as we have discussed bi play for both of us. It also doesn't mean that if a profile has the male listed as bi or bi curious that we won't play with them. |

So while undoubtedly society does have a large part in it, at least in its displays and openness, even in a 100% accepting society I don't think you would see nearly as much bi male activity as bi female.

Bottom line, the male population of the world will always possess members who aren't particularly choosy about who's giving them an orgasm. As far as America is concerned, I doubt that we'll ever live in a society as depicted in the BBC TV show "Torchwood", but it's far from rare to find openly bisexual men in our metropolitan areas (I blame manga, anime and Dan Savage, heh). And (to hammer down another sore point) America is one of the few countries in the world where gay sex=gay person. For example, my first European swing partner was a lonely woman with a promiscuously (my opinion) gay husband. When I asked for an explanation, she told me "He isn't gay, we're married and we have children together!" For some extra clarification, we met in a porno store, and her reason for the absence of her husband was, "He's enjoying himself in the video booths". Talk to any soldier who's been deployed to the Middle East, and he'll tell you stories about watching men walk down the street holding hands and kissing each other on the lips, but they aren't gay because they're married. Visit Asia (ahem, Japan), and you'll see that the majority of their "gay" businesses are frequented by married men. Don't even get me started on the "fun" that I had with my three encounters with South American tourists. Suffice to say, I had to tell the husbands more than once that I don't need help with guiding my dick into your wife's pussy. And yet, I was considered "open" for advances due to being unmarried. If anything, as far as open displays of bisexuality are concerned, it would probably mirror the stereotypical sexual peak curve of humanity. With the younger men acting out the most, then a slow rise among women as they begin their climb towards insatiability and erotic satisfaction, with the decline of such activity among men as they begin to lag behind their wives' arousal patterns. Wow, I've typed a lot of words and inserted my observances. I hope that I don't get pinged again.
