| Here to Stay Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 13 Location: SoCal Status: couple  |  SoCal. clubs We moved here to the SoCal area just north of L.A. about a year ago from Birmingham. We really injoyed going to the clubs there and had a lot of friends. After we had been here for a while we started checking out the clubs around L.A. area, we are both in our mid 50's and yes we look our age. What we found out is if you are over 35 with a little padding don't even bother going to clubs around here. If you do find a club that will let you in like F/A the only kind of music they play is hip hop, punk, or rap type. No sexy slow songs so you can dance close to each other, No rock&roll. I guess we just don't fit in any more. Too bad we really did injoy going out. |

We ususally go RED ROOSTER when we go to Las Vegas (3-4) times a year. Join SLS, they have a group that may fit you it is SLS > Groups > 50 and older couples in California We have not had a chance to join them in any activities but they are very active with trips, meet-and-greets, etc. Real Swingers Home Page. chrissuzanne |

| Swingers Board Addict  | Re: SoCal. clubs Both "Steve and Silvers" and "Gary and Margarets" out in the Inland Empire are very good with "mature" swingers (they prefer people over 30 or 35) ... I think there are a few groups out there like "San Diego Mature Swingers" which also cater to the more seasoned veterans. I takes a bit more leg-work to find those clubs which work well with those of all age groups... but they're out there. (I've been to a few of them) Good luck!
