Swinger Soundtrack

A few of our friends like to listen to music while either in "foreplay" mode or "full play" mode LOL. We had been talking one night about some of their favorite songs that they like to listen to either as one to get them in the mood or seems to "energize" them.

If you had a "swinger soundtrack" you could make with certain key songs that rev your engine, what would they be? I know that there are the ones that many people would agree on "Pussy Control" by Prince, "Let's get it on" by Marvin Gaye--but there's got to be a ton more out there that people know and like in these types of circumstances.

One song that I think is perfect for this type of atmosphere is "Too Funky" by George Michael. Consider some of the lyrics:

LMAO Teresa. Never thought of things that way...there's the nostalgic side that many people I think will latch onto as well. Good point! Hmmmmmm. What sounds sexy is as infinitely variable as what can feel sexy on a given occasion. There seems to be an abundance of aggressive, misogynistic songs about sex these days, but a dwindling amount of the soulful, sexy sounds of seduction (like Nina Simone!). Being parents and very professionally challenged, Ms. Sparks and I need tunes of the latter variety. We also like Diana Krall, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, Sade, John Lee Hooker, B.B. King and just about any softer jazz. We especially love Tina Turner, Van Morrison and Mark Knopfler (very sexy guitar and voice).

I think (Mr. B) albums from Tool or Nine Inch Nails are great. Mrs. B would go for something a bit more "romantic" but most of the time we get into it so much you could have a tone-deaf cat screaming right next to us and it wouldn't matter.
