Photographs while swinging

Have you ever taken pics with or shot a video with someone you have swung with? If so, did you set rules beforehand regarding what would become of that footage/pics? Did you ever worry that copies might end up in the wrong hands?

Yes we have taken pics.

Perhaps foolishly, we trust the people that we took pics with.

We've taken photos before, but it was agreed prior to the evening that we would not take shots that revealed faces, and that we would review each other's shots to ensure we were all happy with the results. It worked out, but it's still not something we would consider doing everytime, nor would we consider doing it lightly.

We haven't yet but I am sure it is coming. Pics yes but no video. Don't ask me why I just dont feel comfortable in front of a video camera. Although I really like the web cam. And as far as doing the pics it will only be with a couple that we have known for awhile and totally trust. And more than likely it will be digital so that we could all look at them at the same time and erase it we all chose to.

I'm with bimrdcpl. This would take tons of trust. Video is out.

We have done this once with another couple. We used a digital, insured there were no clear facial shots and all reviewed and the pics with the decision of to keep or not to keep. No questions asked on the ones we deleted. Both couples have copies of them. As for video's.....no way for us.

We have taken several pictures of ourselves swinging with the couples with whom we swing on a regular basis. We have all known one another for many years so there is a high degree of trust between us. We have no concerns about the pictures falling into the wrong hands. We did take a video once, first Jo with the guy and then me with the woman. It was a lot of fun to watch but we split up with the other couple and agreed to destroy the tape.

We have done both stills and video. We love to watch our private porn at home. Not particularly worried about exposure due to the people we were with, and not that concerned anyway. If you see our pics you were on a swingersite anyway.

One practice we've become aware of is where two couples swap digital cameras before anything starts. That way, you only have to take photographs that you're 100% happy for the other pair to see. At the end of the evening, you swap cameras back, with each couple knowing exactly what material the others have in their possession.

Seems like one possible safeguard against abuse of trust.

I have not done a video, but I have shot many many many pictures of parties or private encounters. We do set the rules before hand to be sure everybody is comfy with their pic being taken. Afterwards we set a place to post them, or the owner of the camera will email every attendee the pictures.

We are a very close group, so we really dont think about where the pictures end up. Is that bad? lol

We once were on the back of a boat mostly naked with some really incredible people. There were cameras everywhere but the people taking pics were great friends and had the utmost respect for our need to stay private.

We suggest the you don't take pics with people you barely know. We trusted the people we were with because of a long term friendship and it payed off.

We've created vids, but they were to be destroyed IMMEDIATELY after we've watched them (with the other couple, of course).

It's just one of those things that we need to do because EVERYONE in this damned town knows us. We don't need everyone on the planet knowing what we do in bed!

As Ted stated earlier, we have done both stills and videos with some of our playmates.

We do trust the people they were taken with but, we always knew that the possibility of the pics being posted somewhere (or shown to others), regardless of how slim, was there and we made a conscious decision to take that chance.

Having been photographed for a calendar that is for sale by the club we are members of, as well as being photographed by national swingers magazines, you can see we are not very worried about our pics getting out.

The best advice we can give anyone is if you DO NOT want to take even a slim chance of your pictures being posted anywhere on the web (or being shown to others) then DON'T EVER let someone take a picture of you.

My answer remains the same...no I have not and never would. And frankly, I don't recall what all the other posts have said, but if you do allow pics and videos to be taken...even tho' the other party is promising with their life to never show to others...do you really believe them? Relationships change, people change, time goes by, people have too much to drink. Personally, I would just never be so confident of ANYONE to believe that type of stuff might not get loose. I mean...after all...what if something tragic happened to them and friends, relatives, etc., came into their home to weed through their possessions...found some videos and sent them to Goodwill! Stranger things have happened, you know.

We love to take pics of our fun, however we know that any time you allow this or send your pics to someone you take a chance. Even your pics on your own computer can be riffled through by an experienced hacker if you connect to the internet (not likely but possible). We choose to take this chance because we aren't that concerned about being outed in this fashion. Others are, but if you are outed by shared pics you really have no one to blame but yourself. One man's opinion.

Mrs naughty and I first banned cameras while swinging.

We finally decided to take our camera one night to take some MFM pics.

With us we don't take pics while playing. We just don't feel comfortable having pics taken of us like that. Mainly because of it not being a comfort thing. We just are not comfortable having nude pics taken of us.

We love taking photos of our encounters, but we don't do so as often as we would like. As it is for Mr. & Mrs. Naughty, it's relatively easy for us to find single guys who are willing to be photographed in an MFM threesome. But we don't do MFMs very often, and we have much more difficulty finding couples who are willing to be photographed with us.

Definitely a pic taker!! I love the memories! Of course, we make sure everyone is comfortable with it before we break out the camera. Some would rather not have their faces included, but have no problem with the rest of their anatomy being photographed. Hey, I can deal with that!!! I have a good memory!

There is one couple that we take pics with. Actually, it's really just myself and the woman from this couple. Angie has gotten really good at taking pics and leaving her face out. Then we burn them to CD so that they have a copy for "later enjoyment."

We all find it one hell of a rush!

Which is one of the things that makes us hesitant about introducing cameras at playtime. There's always that damned "what if?" factor hanging in the air. We know we'd never abuse someone's trust by showing the photos to anyone else - but does everyone else live by the same ethics?

Must admit i've become a bit of a lurker rather than a poster on this site, but just thought I'd add my view. I HATE having my photo taken in whatever context, but have become much happier about since getting two things - A digital camera, and adobe photoshop.

Rob is much happier now as he knows i'll let him take as many pictures as he wants as long as if i don't want him to keep one it gets immediately deleted. And, with very little experience worked out how to quickly fiddle with any pictures in adobe if i'm having a bad skin day or the dreaded red-eye.

We now have a lovely collection of family photos which would never have been about if it wasn't for getting the digicam.

As for taking photos when we're with another couple. We mainly go to clubs (fetish and swing) and generally its just not 'done' to take a camera with you, although we've both said afterwards we'd have loved to have had a camera or camcorder there purely because sometimes you just wish you had a better view of the proceedings whilst taking part ?

We love camera play! Last summer I bought a Canon EOS 10D digital SLR and by Fall I was addicted to taking photos. I don’t just shoot erotica with it, but that is definitely one thing I love to do! I'm probably in the minority, but as much as you might trust someone NOW, what happens later if that relationship falls apart? Or...someone, in the "excitement of the moment" may very unwittingly show the photo's or video to someone else - and they recognize you. Or a million other things? The babysitter is snooping around one night and finds them. Or your kids? For those that have less need for discretion, this might be OK, but it is something I personally would never allow although I can understand why you might want to go back later and relive the experience through the photos or video.

A few months back, there was a similar thread, and as I recall, OhioCouple had a bad experience along that line. Maybe they'll come back and respond to this thread to give you their take on it. That is a definite for us. Although, it does sound really hot! There isn't anyone that I trust that much, other than my hubby. Not to sound cynical, but I don't think you should ever trust anyone. You may think all is well now, but what about a few years from now when you are no longer talking? What if they decide to share them with someone else? Or any of the many thing EBF said? I wouldn't be opposed to hubby & taking pics while we played with soemone else, but I would never let anyone else do it. But, I would never ask to take pics, b/c I would let someone else do it. Although, I would let someone else take pics of hubby & I with our own cam & taking pics of another couple with their cam would be cool. that way you get some action pics of yourself & your spouse & you don't have to worry about trust issues.

We have made some video and have several action shots of our play time with other people. We also have posed pictures with others (usually female) because I have this fantasy of being an erotic photographer a la Nigel Scott and Christophe Mourthe. We don't share our pictures with anyone and wanted to get everyone else's thoughts on the subject.

Well as we have posted a few times before concerning photography, those who know us here know we like photo-play. We don’t always do it, it’s something that the other couple or partner has to want to do. Since I am the one who does most of the photos, I always assure discretion. The region in which I live is such that reputations can spread quickly and one thing I don’t want it a rep for not being discreet with other people’s photos. I have done sessions for other couples and they have been satisfied with the results. I have never used any image for my own gains at the expense of another couple’s privacy.

If you are enjoying being creative and trying to emulate the greats of the erotic art world, the more power to you I say. There is something alive and electric in the creation of art. In general I (Mrs. Olympia) am too worried about all the things mentioned before, such as kids finding photos or videos, another couple recognizing us, etc. to have our pics/video taken and kept by someone else. However, I AM the art history person and completely appreciate the power and beauty of an image. BodyScape's images are utterly erotic, gorgeous, empowering, and simply amazing and it would be far too interesting to see what came out of a play session with them to pass that up!

Why thank you... when are you going to make it out to our neck of the woods ( sly wink)? His work is amazing but I keep telling him it is the quality of the model..yeah right... If memory serves me right, you stated you were in law enforcement. If so, I would highly consider the reprocussions that would take place should your after work "activities" get out. Wasn't a lady fired in N.y for posing in playboy? Either way, it is VERY risky to say the least and besides embarressment, you may face being fired. I'd tred carefully on that on.

This should probably be in another thread but...

The reason the NYPD officer was fired was because she posed in part of the uniform without permission and it was determined that she was "representing" the department. Had she not been refered to as NYPD or been in the partial uniform they couldn't have touched her. If I'm not mistaken the same thing happened to a female Marine back in the 80's. A male officer posed nude for a calander and since his department was not identified he was untouchable.

As far as being identified as a swinger? It is possible that swinging could be classified as a "sexual orientation" and would be protected. I'm going to have to find a way to bring the subject up to the union lawyers and see what they say about it. This could be the start of a new movement.

We have taken action shots with others...so far, nothing negative has happened because of it. When the cameras come out, we always talk about pic usage with everyone involved. The general rule is that any pic that gets posted on sites like this must have the faces blocked out or blurred (except for the couple that is posting it, of course). We have fun with it and we are always considerate of the requests/concerns of others.

Do we run the risk of having someone not honor their end of the agreement? Sure, but that's the risk that is taken when you take sexual photos with others. If that risk is unacceptable, then don't do it.

We have a few videos of us, mainly one of us with another single person and we keep the only copy, I've filmed 3 of him with another woman and he has 4 of me with another man. Men are the easy ones to talk into it, they could care less, they are getting sex. If you have never watched yourself on video, it's a big turn on. The more we watch each others tapes, they more we get turned on by them, you adsorb more each time you see it. Nope, never have and never will, we both have way to much to loose if the pictures ever got in the wrong hands. I am talking about x-rated pictures here, we don't have a problem with fully clothed vanilla pics. In fact, we have a business type cards with our contact info on them that we give to people we meet at the clubs, and it has a "G" rated picture of us on it.
