Spotlight Interviews

We are starting a new feature here today. In The Cafe we will have "Spotlight Interviews" with a new interviewee each week. This will be a great way for us all to get to know each other better. I'll be the first one in the spotlight just so that everyone else can see how it will work.

There will be a stock set of questions that each interviewee will answer (basic stuff). Then from there everyone else will become the interviewers, asking whatever questions they will. Just remember that this is supposed to be fun and not a privacy invasion. The interviewee will always have the option to NOT answer any question that they do not feel comfortable with.

In the initial set of questoins the Interviewee will set the # of questions they are open to answering and they may change that number at any point during their week if they feel they have set it too high or too low initiially.

The current interviewee will choose the next person to be interviewed. They should contact that person to make sure they are open to being interviewed and once they have agreed contact me to let me know who the next person to be interviewed will be.

Each Thursday a new interview will be started and stickied to the top of The Cafe for the week. At the end of the week, the interview thread will be closed and a new interview opened.

If the current interviewee can not choose someone I will choose the next person to be interviewed from a list of alternates. If you are interested in being an alternate interview please PM me to let me know.
