Contest: Swingers Business Card

Ok, I suck with Word & Templates but I know some of you are awesome with those programs. So here's what we are going to do.... create your own Swingers Business Card (be sure to incorporate swingersboard.com in it somewhere, the logo is optional). Be creative. There will be more than one winner this time around. The mods and I will choose our favorite templates, and all of the favorites will be uploaded to the site to be available for members to download, edit & print.

What will you get if I choose your card template? I will provide you with 100 cards printed with your info using your template (or one of the others if you choose) as well as a SB T-shirt.

Submissions will be accepted through the end of the month.

Unfortunately, I can't save it in a Word format, but I was able to save it as a PDF. Hope that's okay.

(using Print Shop, so it saves natively in .biz format)

EDIT: Eh, file's too big, and the board is choking on it. Oh well.

If you can't get the card image to upload, you can always just do a screen capture and upload just the image capture of what it will look like so we can get an idea and email me the file.

Ooh, this sounds like fun! I love this kind of stuff. Does it need to be done in Word format? Because I have a really great free program that I use at home and at work whenever I need to design posters, flyers, or other graphics. You can download Serif DrawPlus at freeserifsoftware.com It's got a few bugs that I wish it didn't, but overall it's a pretty good program for this sort of thing. You'll be hearing from me...

Word is just the easiest format to upload / share / print. Like you I have another program I prefer to use for this like this but there is no way to convert the files and share them.

So yes, basically they have to be in word....

You could also do it in any program you like then do a screen capture and convert it to a picture (image), then post the picture. Kind of a round about way, but it works.

the only problem withthat is it's kinda hard for someone to edit a picture later.... which is why need it in a format that is easily editable for everyone (or the bulk of everyone) once they download the template.

I'm going to leave this thread/contest open for a while and see if we get some more submissions.
