Lurkers!! What is keeping you from joining in?

Ok, you are seeing this, I know you are... so what is it that is keeping you from joining in in the forums? I know some of you have registered so you can enjoy other areas of the site (forums aren't for everyone) and that's cool... but I just want to know. I'll even make it a poll so if you have that serious of an aversion to posting you don't have to! LOL.

I just checked the results and worrying about already saying what has already been said seems to be #1 worry.
That being said, don't worry about that. Perhaps you have a different way of saying the same thing but in a way that someone might relate to.
For example, I teach karate. I teach the same forms and fighting techniques as the other Black Belts at my school, and yet for some reason people learn better from me. Why is that? I have NO IDEA. Sometimes it is just in the delivery.

I'm not exactly worried about saying or asking something that already has been said or asked, but everytime I felt I had a question or doubt I have been able to find a very good answer in the forums without the need of me posting the question.

I find it can sometimes be a gruellling process to break the ice and form a habit... and there's only so many online habits to keep going. For me there's my regular fixes: Facebook, blogging, allpoetry, regular forums, torrent searching...

Having said that, I love being a swinger and don't think it'll be hard to keep this place as a frequent haunt. I think they're getting sick of me at my ex-christian forum. Over posting can annoy some people... ah frak 'em. Who wants too many rules in life eh?

I can't speak for the rest of the folks here, but I usually check under "New Posts (since Last Visit)" each time. If there's a forum I have a particular interest in, then I click on "Forums" and go from there.

I do recommend you post an introduction, so we can welcome you properly.

First and foremost, I enjoy the site and especially like reading the storys. But I am not in a swinging relationship or is there a chance that I ever will be. That said, I do have some female friends that I have erotic chats with on MSN and Yahoo Messinger. And not knowing anyone here, I find it difficult to chime in.... But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't appreciate an opportunity to visit with someone. I did respond here to a couple that was into interracial sex as two of my chat friend ladies are, but after a couple of e-mails I never heard from them again.
