Welcome to the board! The norm is different for everyone, so I guess there is no norm. But you should definately introduce yourself and tell us a bit about who you are and what brought you to this site.

Welcome to you as well. The thing with this site is it's not really a hook-up site so while folks are usually happy to get to know you and answer any questions you have, it's going to take something special for it to lead to a hook-up (not sure if that's where you were heading with those communications or not). The great thing about this site is that there are so many different parts of it that there is something for everyone, and sometimes the forum isn't "your thing" and that's cool. Keep enjoying the stories, and be sure to post some comments there and let the authors know how much you enjoy them.

Easy. I like the Lifestyle, it appeals to me in so many ways - but my dear wife finds it abhorrent so most likely I´ll never become a real swinger, only a fan. I have been a member here for a long time and through out my years of visiting here I still haven't had an experience. I don't know what this is due too but regardless I still come here because I'm still very curious about the lifestyle. I've asked a lot of questions and have learned a ton about the lifestyle etc but have yet to find a woman who would be interested in joining with me in it or a couple to experience things with. Most other single guys on here have experience and advise that I just can't give. When I read their posts they hit the nail on the head! I usually don't have anything to ad. With that said I would love to be more active on here, but I just don't know what to say.

There are so many "Other reasons." What was "ours" is now "mine" as a significant other has gone, relegating the remainder to the status of dreaded, disdained, denied, denigrated, and denounced; id est a not-quite single male. As for posting, I feel whatever might be said by this poster would be sort of like walking up and running a hand over a Ferrari that is not my own. NOT TO BE DONE! So I watch the Ferraris drive past, enjoyment doomed to be vicarious at best, and, as to not intrude on others enjoyment, a low profile, in the background seems most appropriate.

I never posted that much to begin with. And now I just stop by to read what others have said. We are not that active in the lifestyle right now, for several reasons. So with the lack of interest in the lifestyle comes a lack of interest in posting here. Nothing to do with this site, it is just things going on with us.

We are not swingers yet. Have only discussed the possibility. Come here to get information and see what other people have to say. Since we are not in the lifestyle yet we can't give our experiences. Have joined in on some general sex discussions, but that's about it. This site is very informative. Would enjoy coming here even if we never get into swinging.
