Updated User Permissions

For those who have been around a while a amassed over 100 posts you will find that you now have a much larger storage capacity in your PM box. You may also now use larger custom avatars.

Anyone with at least 10 posts may now post events to the calendar, HOWEVER, unless you are listed as a club host your events will be moderated.
