| Swingers Board Addict | Our hot tub is older than our sons. Before they were born, Mrs. Alura (who thinks she got pregnant in the hot tub. ) asked her ob/gyn person, who told her to keep the temperature below 100 degrees and not to stay in long while she was pregnant. The doctor also told us babies should not use a hot tub because their bodies' "thermostat" has not yet developed enough to control their body temperature. I think they started using the tub at four or five. We've not had any problems. They're pretty healthy. ![]() Mr. Alura[/quote] Ok cool, I was just making sure because a hotel around us has a adult & a kid hot tub and the kiddies one is keep under 100 degrees and for no longer then 15 minutes. maybe one day we can get one, I'm rebuilding the deck next year maybe a can work a hot tub in. But then I would need to add high fences. Don't want the neighbors getting a show. lol |

Almost all the hotels around that area have them with the pool and in your room. When i first came down to TX to spend time with my hon i couldn't believe that I couldn't find a hotel room with a hot tub in the room!! Then he came to visit me in MI and I made sure we got a room with one in it. Have to agree that they can be a whole lot of fun...for many many reaons... ![]() |

In the winter, it is 104 degrees and I turn it down a few degrees (102) in the summer. The pool is around 85 in the summer, just a few steps away. In the winter, the pool is considerably cooler, but then I can walk on water..... ![]() |

The warm water and jets relax her muscles so it is easier for her to get to sleep. She uses it almost every day and that is the main reason we bought a hot tub. However, being naked (house rules) in the hot tub with some close friends and a plastic cup of wine (I know Sluttywife that plastic is not proper etiquette for wine but it is much safer) is about as relaxing as one can get. It can and has led to some truly heated fun. As turnuptheheat says it's very simple to maintain. We keep our temperature setting at 101. Here in Austin, winters last about one day but it gets hot in July and August. It is really nice to get into the hot tub when it is cold outside (ours is just outside the door on the patio). We like to watch the stars and talk about anything and everything. Your body is so warm that you don't really feel any cold unless there is a good wind.

| Swingers Board Addict | Personally I don't care much for hot tubs. Here in OK it is way too hot to use it in the summer! But mainly the reason I don't like them is b/c when I sit in them I feel like it is harder to breathe. So if I sit on the side of them it is ok. But when I sit all the way inside, it feels like too much pressure on my chest. |

There has never been anything more erotic in my life than sitting on the edge of the immense hot-tub at Hedonism II and getting some oral stimulation from my wife, and she pops up and says... "Having fun?" I will remember that till I die. Since then I have had this craving for a hot tub up here at home (NY) but we can not afford to put it in the only place that would be private enough. In addittion, the wife would have to put on a snow suit and a parka to go the 100 ft to this location in the winter Oh well, maybe some day...

But, recently I was in one that was set on 100 degrees and I spent hours there and am now looking for one to buy. There is nothing like it. |

It wasn't a hotel-- You would just book a tub room by half hour blocks. The rooms were beautiful and each had a unique theme. Like: Arabian Nights, Tropical Paradise, Ocean Theme, ect... The tubs were large and you could fit quite a few people in them. ![]()

| Suffering from Hedo2 DIF | We use our year round and it's inside it's own private, glass room. Wonderful place for everything except intercourse. The natural wetness washes away and it makes it rough to do well. Oral is great though as all is freah and clean. Foam? Check you chemicals and make sure you have an ozonator. You should not be getting foam if the chemicals are correct and water is clean. The hair can be avoided buy shaving facelick Tastes better that way too! Kids, small ones can be in but for only a few minuites. We also keep ours at 101F to make sure they are OK. We get in, they want in. Ours have been in since they have been 2. We do LOVE the beachs ate Hedo II and would love to be near a beach but alas, none to be found near here. ![]() |

If you have these problems, you are not maintaining your tub correctly. Minimal effort and few chemicals keep the water crystal clear, odor and froth free. The visualizations above would keep me out of a tub as well. | |

Wonderful place for everything except intercourse. If you're using chlorine, try switching to bromine. I once asked a salesman at the pool and spa store to explain the difference between chlorine and bromine. "Well," he replied, "Bromine isn't as harsh on the skin and things just sort of slide better with bromine..." That was several years ago and we've been using bromine ever since. We also started using baquacil in the pool for those reasons and ease of maintenance. We're going to move our spa on Friday to the other end of the veranda where it's darker and more private. We've considered glassing in that part of the veranda but we prefer to use it in cold weather. It's great when it's snowing. That happens maybe twice a year here. ![]() Mr. Alura
