| Flying solo  Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 559 Location: Austin Status: single  |  Smooth Pussy 1 1/2 oz. vodka (I like Stolichnaya best) 1 oz. tequila (Jose Cuervo, of course) 1 oz. Kahlua 3 oz. cream (the stuff in the carton by the milk) Pour liquors into cocktail glass. Stir gently. Layer cream on top. Slutty Wife

| Flying solo Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 559 Location: Austin Status: single | Those Mimosas and Bellinis I'll start with some of the more classic ones...both require some champagne or sparkling wine. To make Mimosas mix two parts champagne to one part orange juice. Sub pureed peaches for the orange juice and voila! you have a Bellini..  We like these in a champagne flute, garnish with an orange slice, slit strawberry or both...on either or!  Don't be afraid to use your more inexpensive bottles for these...we like Freixenet Bubbly 101 right here http://edition.cnn.com/FOOD/specials...mpagne/primer/ Slutty Wife

| Flying solo Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 559 Location: Austin Status: single | Peaches and Cream French Toast Makes breakfast for the three couples you had over last night + you and your loved one. Mike and I are more gourmand than gourmet so we grate potatoes in the processor for hash browns and fry up some vegetarian sausages in a little pepper flavoured olive oil...Be sure to make a few extra for your dogs.... Peaches & Cream French Toast 8 slices French or Italian bread cut diagonally 3/4" thick 4 eggs 1/2 cup light cream 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons peach preserves 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 tablespoons melted butter 3 cups fresh, peeled, sliced peaches Powdered sugar Arrange bread in a single layer in a baking pan. Beat eggs, cream, water, preserves, & nutmeg until smooth. Pour over bread. Turn once. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Melt butter on grill and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side. Top with fresh peaches and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Love and licks ;-* Slutty Wife

| Flying solo Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 559 Location: Austin Status: single | Nuts About Avocado Dip Mood maker for two.  1 Avocado 4 tbsp Pine Nuts 2 tbsp Cream Style Corn 3 cloves Garlic ˝ cup Watermelon ˝ small Carrot Salt & Pepper to taste Puree all the ingredients in a food processor and serve. Salt and pepper to taste. Wild for sure.  Slutty Wife
