How Much room do you need for a house party?

Hey I am wondering how much room do you need for a house party. I understand that it would truly depend on how many people come but let say for a sake of argument 10 couples and 5 singles......

We live in a large one bedroom one den apartment. Its sound proof and very large (about the size of a small house)....

I really want to host our first party please please share your wisdom with me.....

I've never been to a house party but when I would think a cozy apartment would be nice... bodies close together and everywhere

Two bedrooms (leave the kids rooms alone please) and a den or family room converted into sexy play areas should suffice. Two bathrooms (preferably with showers) is good, as is indoor and outdoor lounging space. Think livingroom and deck or patio. Hot tub and pool are big bonuses.

My preferences noted above. Also great fun squeezing everybody into a really small apartment. Fun like Twister.

We have a 4-bedroom house in which we have hosted a half dozen or so house parties. In this area, 4 bedroom homes are about all you can find, so virtually every party we've attended has the same number of bedrooms.

The space needed depends on the group. There is a group around here that just gets naked in a big pile on the floor in one room. Most groups, though, use the bedrooms. Usually the master bedroom has the largest bed and is designated as the "group room." Here the door remains open and anyone can enter and watch the show, although nobody should touch anyone without receiving permission or an invitation first.

In the other bedrooms, a closed door means "do not enter." A door left ajar means "you may watch us, but do not disturb." A wide open door means "y'all come join in!"

So if your group is a one big naked pile group, you don't need much room. But for most cases, a 3 or 4-bedroom home is about the minimum for a party of 10 couples. Remember, not everyone will be "playing" at the same time. About half the people will be in the kitchen sipping drinks, nibbling snacks, and just socializing at any given point in time. Women often like to have a break between "customers," so to speak, and clean up in a bathroom or hot tub, and men need some time to recuperate after an orgasm before they are ready and able to get erect again. So usually half the guests will be just socializing at any point in the evening.
