I'm thinking bean dip is probably a bad before swinging food. What other foods would you say to avoid before swinging in order to avoid potential embarrassing (and possibly smelly) moments? |

Onions, garlic, celery and some fruits are just a few. There is something you can take to elimate this problem though, but I cannot remember what it is. It's best to just serve foods that will not sit on the stomach. This will aviod most of those "gas" problems...lol. Also. the well known culprits such as cucumbers, beans etc. are not good choices. Better yet...party before the food! Work up that appetite, and eat what you want after! LOL! Surf ![]() |

| Swingers Board Addict | We have never hosted a swinger party, nor really been to one. (We have been to one off premise.) But I would have to throw in broccoli. lol When I was pregnant that veggie did the worst things to me! I don't know if it was just b/c I was pregnant or what, it doesn't bother me now. But I would be sure to steer clear of that in the event of meeting another couple or attending a party. Better safe than sorry! |

Asparagus. According to some websites I have seen, there is an amino acid in Asparagus "Asparagine" that makes most bodily excretions STINK! The site mentions urine specifically, but I have noticed it in my body odor as well. I LOVE the stuff, but would never consider it before swinging :-P

Yesterday Mr LM ate a burger for lunch and another for dinner. His semen tasted less than pleasant this morning. I thought the beef may have been the culprit.Or do foods (and drinks) ingested just one or two hours before ejaculation make their way through? In which case, all he had beforehand was coffee. LM | |

I nibbled on a little bit of this at this swinger house party last weekend. And then our friends went to tell me I had spinach in btwn my teeth! How embarassing. Never again will I eat the stuff before trying to have fun or flirt. I will stick to eating that when I am at home ![]() |
